I had a terrible experience at another store getting my images printed. I came here to get my images printed again, and Rachel was incredibly helpful and kind and got me my images and fixed the mistake by the other Walgreens and explained that they should have never let me leave with the pictures how they were. I was super grateful. Definitely will come back here to get my pictures printed!

My first visit after transferring my prescriptions from another city. The store is neatly organized with good aisles. From the store clerks to the pharmacy and the cashier EVERYONE was very friendly, polite, and efficient. Terri the pharmacist assistant did a great job even following up on a prescription that had not been transferred. Max, the cashier, was friendly and efficient. I was sorry to leave my previous Walgreens but now feel that this will be the right place for me here in Dallas.

I got my COVID vaccine here. I’m happy to find out the technician who gave me the shot is from NY. She was so sweet and I didn’t feel any pain at all for the 1st dose. I will come back to get my second dose here. 😊

I want to recognize a member of your team. Beauty consultant Tracy. She went above and beyond for me and helped me find and taught me how to use the exact beauty products I needed in my shade and budget. She was so caring and understanding. This is why I'll always come to Walgreens for beauty products because of people like Tracy. I'm not a fan of big beauty store like Ulta and Sephora, so having the personalized service makes such a huge difference for me and now having to go through an overwhelming experience of malls and big beauty box stores. sometimes its not the employees who are mean. sometimes, in fact most of the time, its the customers who feel entitled and treat the employees like servants. they are people too, they deserve respect. without them, you wouldnt be able to get your stuff. you should be grateful they are there. they are not your servants just like the customers are not theyre servants. maybe you should stop assuming that why things are locked up. it might be because some customers are selfish enough to steal. ever think that? employees try their hardest to make you smile, and you know what they get for their efforts? not even a smile or appreciation.

Went here to get passport photos. Dean was very helpful and friendly. After getting home I damaged one of the photos to the point the passport office would not accept it. I rushed back to get another copy. Dean printed two more and cut them down to size all at no charge. Excellent customer service!

Every time I go to this location they are swamped and are still amazing! The pharmacist is awesome! I always get my meds within 10-15 minutes.

Not sure why all the negative ratings. I've never waited too long and my prescription. Once they weren't stocked in what I needed but they directed me to another pharmacy that was.

Came here for a passport photo, Bryan and Stacy were incredibly friendly and helpful. Their positive attitudes really brightened up my day.
