Walmart Supercenter

I had a positive experience at this Walmart; they had what I needed at a great price, and the store was impressively clean. However, it's worth noting that on the day of my visit, all registers were self-checkout, which may be a consideration for those who prefer traditional checkout. Overall, it was a good shopping experience.

I've read where shoppers are struggling with having to show a receipt to employees as you exit the business. I have no clue what could be so problematic about this process. I enjoyed shopping at Walmart. A place that had everything I needed and when I needed.

I forgot one bag at register when I paid and luckily cashier gave it to customer service the next Day i went to ask if something could be done they wrote down what i had purchased and gave me the option to go grab the items but i chose to get store credit which was easy and im glad they were able to help

I just wanted to commend an employee named angel. I lost my keys tonight and this lady went out of her way to help me look and even came out checked on me to make sure that I was ok. It’s rare to find true concern like that these days

Always enjoy Wal-Mart super centers. ... disappointed that there are no lines most time. Only self service. I want the human touch and service that can only be experienced through human contact . I do not work for Walmart, so I'm not interested in doing their jobs

They're remodeling the store and things look a little different. Had to get used to finding things but it's all good.

This location also has an auto center. I had to get my battery tested and they did that quickly. They are also able to test for the alternator and starter, all at no charge. Maybe it's because I got my battery with them. I get all my batteries at Walmart because there's only almost everywhere I go.

This Wal-Mart also has a photo center. My daughter takes a photography class and needs professional photographs for her class so this is where we go to get those printed. You can go in to the store, print the pics and then pick them up at a later time. I printed 5 4X6 pics for under $3.

Although in a busy location (off the I-30 and next to a High School), I still get in an out of this Wal-Mart without major hassles. The service is also good. It's a good area and one of the reasons I like this location is because it also has a gas station. After I drop off my son at RHS, I stop by and gas up (usually cheap gas) and then hop right on the 30. The entrance ramp is very convenient for me for both the High School and the gas station.

This Wal-Mart also has all the following services conveniently located in-store:
1) A fastfood (Subway)
2) An eyecare center (Wal-Mart Vision Center)
3) A Hair Salon (SmartStyle Family Hair Salon)
4) A Bank (First Convenience Bank)
5) Vending machines (one the east entrance)
6) A Key cutter machine
7) 2 Redboxes
8) A coin machine
9) Large water bottle exchange area as well as water-bottle refill station
10) Ice-station in front of the checkout

Went to Rockwall Walmart Superstore midday on this Tuesday & not only was that cute lil fireball costume wearing gal so cute but boy was she so very helpful, even though she was picking groceries for someone else. There was another kind cutie that grabbed my husband & I some caramel topping without us having to ask him (he just heard us talking) and poof, like magic! Walmart needs to give these hard workers sone kind of appreciation cause they definitely have it from me!

Forgot my wallet. They held my purchase till I got back and had a qr code to scan once to pay! Happy dance

Does Walmart has everything and a lot of stuff? There's a lot other walmarts don't have. And it's very convenient being right off the I 30 funny road. And how's everything they need? Stafford friendly and I was out of there really fast with the self checkout.

As a reluctant Walmart consumer based on multiple past experiences, following post is a reflection of Adel Messick, the store manager, who unfortunately had to be involved in an utterly appalling and disappointing point of sale and subsequent product issue at the vision center. Adel demonstrated customer-centric, solution-oriented and disarmingly approachable presence who has promised to personally resolve. Rare leader who single-handedly shifted my view of Walmart. Bravo Adel.

I had an on line order that arrived late. When I went to the store to return it I was expecting the worse. Turned out to be a pleasant experience.

Always have what I need, and employees are always helpful and friendly. It's a great place to shop ! It's always easy and has no hassle whenever I go !

Walmart exelente place to purchase good groceries medicine and just have a great time.

We visit this Walmart frequently and use the pick up option a few times a month. The store is kept clean and stocked as well as it can be with the store being over populated most of the time. Thank you to all of your service men and women for stocking the shelves, filling orders, cashiers, greeters, managers, janitorial staff and all the others that keep this store running as well as it does. It's a blessing to have most everything we could possibly need be so accessible to us. Thank you!

Clean, well stocked, friendly employees... What more could you ask for my Walmart?

Nice location to shop. Not as busy as the Rockwall location. Don't like having to wait more than 5 minutes to go through self checkout.
