This was my first time buying/leasing a car and Lute Riley made the process seamless. This was also my first time getting a Honda. The people there were knowledgable of all their cars and give great advice when deciding between cars. I went in the first time, had a general consultation then the second time I went in, they knew what car I wanted and reserved it for me to look at. Took it for a spin, then when I got back did the paperwork. The whole process took around 4 hours and they were very cooperative. Ask for Ke Chen when you go in, he's amazing! He didn't push me to purchase any unnecessary add on especially since I was leasing. Definitely recommend this dealership.

I was ready to purchase a specific vehicle. For convenience, I started closest to home. I was speaking through text with a salesman all day and my wife went to test drive the vehicle. I was ready to talk numbers and sign papers and was told by my local dealership to come tomorrow my salesman is busy with other customers.
Long story short, I was not made a priority until I spoke to Chris Rutledge at Lute Riley Honda. They had the best price in DFW and treated me well. Richard at Lute Honda also took care of me once I got to the dealership. Everyone there was nice and accommodating. Would highly recommend this dealership.

I have bought 2 cars from here the past decade and it's my preferred Honda dealership in the DFW area. Prices are very competitive and they don't play nearly as many games as compared to other Honda spots in area.

Nothing but great things to say about this Honda dealership! We traveled about 4 hours to get there but were not disappointed. We found the car we wanted on the internet and they made the process so easy ever since we first contacted them. We were able to get information over the phone fast, when we got there our car was ready, and the manager (Will Ramos) even came an introduced himself! Husband, mom and I were very impressed. Things were explained very well and they did not get bothered when we asked clarifying questions. Everyone here really cares about their customers and that is hard to find these days! We had a great experience at Lute Riley Honda. The sales team was great - helpful, not pushy, and very considerate of us as we had our kids along for the process. The dealership setting was also a pleasant experience - quiet, clean, spacious. We ended up purchasing here and are happy with the experience.
This experience seemed all the better compared to the Toyota of Richardson dealership across the street. That experience was all-around bad - a sales person who was flat-out rude, made sexist comments, and openly pouted when we needed to take a break to go think about the potential purchase. And the setting was very unpleasant, needs a serious upgrade.

The overall vibe of this dealership is unrushed although we came to purchase a car at the end of the year. Ahmed was the sales person working with us. He was knowledgeable about the car and the discussion was calm and concise rather than wasting our time as it felt in other dealership. So far enjoying our car.
