Central Market

Central Market is the best grocery store in the North Dallas area to shop. The intoxicating smells from the fruit 🍉🍌🍎🍏, vegetables 🥦🥕, meat 🥩, seafood 🌊🦞, Deli & Bakery 🧁🥯 Departments are out of this world amazing. They have the freshest, rarest, and most unique selection of items store wide to choose from.

This is my all time favorite Grocery store! Love everything about it, well there are 2 things. Need Sugar Free coffee syrups and a location closer to home. A lot of my community drive all the way from Van Alstyne and Celina to go to the grocery store in plano. But that is just a testament as to how great Central Market is! We all drive 70 miles round trip to get our groceries!

An interesting market to walk around. All product are nicely organized. Fruits and vegetables are very fresh. They have a display of mushroom cultivation and it’s really cool. They have a variety of mushrooms just harvested. Their bakery is also nice. We bought a small fruit tart and a chocolate mousse cake, both great!

Love this place, fresh vegetables and fruits and the way they are setup looks like eye candy.

Pumpkin patch in the from of the store is beautiful.

They were giving hats for kids and information desk person was kind enough to give us couple for our kids

Probably the best grocery store I’ve ever visited the selection is absolutely wonderful . The customer service is also great too they’re always kind and go the extra mile to help serve you

"Central Market in Plano, Texas, is a great place to shop, especially if you're looking for a wide selection of fresh produce also huge inventory of Wine and cheese. Compared to the Southlake location, the Plano store offers a much nicer cafe and coffee station. One of the highlights of this location is the option to order fountain drinks and not just freshly brewed tea, but also freshly brewed iced coffee. Unlike the Southlake store, where iced coffee needs to be ordered and poured, in Plano, you can enjoy freshly brewed iced coffee and refill it as many times as you'd like. However, this location doesn't have a cafe where you can order breakfast, lunch, or dinner; they only offer burgers. Despite this, they have a variety of freshly cooked foods available, similar to the Southlake location. Central Market is my favorite place to shop and dine, although there are some things I love about the Southlake location that the Plano location doesn't have, and vice versa. I would still highly recommend it."

THIS PLACE IS A DREAM!! The produce, meat, deli, grocery, almost everything here is amazing. I do miss the old sandwich bar and hamburgers, but I'll give the new stuff a chance. Change isn't bad, it's just different. Great job to whoever runs this place. You've done a great job with staffing. Dylan in produce is so knowledgeable and nice, and the big guy in grocery literally, walked me to items I couldn't find. I love this place. It always surpasses expectations.

Way better than local Wholefoods. This is actually my favourite shop in Texas! Always a wide range of quality food. I recommend Verlasso salmon from the fresh counter. Best Yukon potatoes. A bit tight aisles, but you can shop in the evenings.

Cannot say enough great things about this store. The selection is fantastic. The quality is fantastic. The staff is fantastic. The store is very clean and exceptionally organized. Your first time there you might think it's a maze and get frustrated. Take a breath and walk the store a second time. You will see it well laid out and you can quickly get to any section of the store you want without having to go through the entire store. However, it will take two visits (or never if you are my mom) to figure it out. Everything you could need or want is there and so many items you didn't know existed. Go when you are not rushed and can take time to look at all the items. For example, we have been avoiding carbs and today I saw egg white wraps. What!? Zero carbs and only 25 calories. Talk about perfect for KETO or Atkins. There are lots of little treasures in the store for every pallet and diet. There have always been plenty of cashier's and self check out lanes. Now, during the holidays people hit stores like cattle. There will be a lot more people but still never more than five minutes wait to check out. There are some golden items here I have never seen anywhere else. Warning they are priced higher than gold. However, there are plenty of common items with very competitive prices.

The Plano location is a cornucopia of gourmet foods, fresh flowers, dine-in/take-out foods, candles, cards, fresh fruit and vegetables. The bakery has European style breads that can be sliced for you. There is a wide selection of cheeses from around the world and deli meats that are delicious and can be sampled. The fresh seafood, chicken, pork, beef, etc. are always top quality. The gelati bar is always a delight and changes seasonally. The only con to shopping here is that you always spend way more money than you planned for!

I prefer this location of Central Market! Parking is open and accessible… and it is near a lot of other stores as well if you need to do other shopping.

The neat feature of this location is that it has an outdoor playground for kids… great to sit and eat your yummy food while your kids play!

I love the freshness of their fruits and vegetables. The selection of products here… it’s just awesome!

I would give 10 stars to every department and every employee. I have been a once in this store andhope not last one. The produce, Ready to Eat, dairy, vegetable, bakery meat and fish departments always have what I need. The employees here are the nicest people I've ever met. This is my favourite store.

This is my favorite store for shopping the best verities of fresh meats and produce. Speaking of which Joe was so kind to help me on the -st of 2024 to pick the prefect cut of New York strip. Definitely adding to one of the reasons this place is top tier.

This is the best grocery store in dallas. There are a few Central Market locations but the one in at Coit and George Bush is the best. Their selection of fresh vegetables and fruits is outstanding and their meat counter is always top notch. They have a very friendly staff and it's always an adventure to look around for different items to discover. This store is owned by HEB and you can tell. Quality from top to bottom.

Shout out to Katee for concocting an off the menu coffee for me. Great service as always. Please checkout their renovated coffee station and now you know whom to reach out for the perfect coffee. All hearts, Katee ❤❤❤❤

I was so excited to go to the Central Market as I love the HEB stores. The place is nice. Lots of variety. They have fancy stuff. Prices are higher than the normal HEBs as this is a fancier version . I will be definitely coming back as I saw some food products that look delicious

Great grocery store. They have so many fiod options, events, and samples on the weekend. Friendly helpful staff as well. Would recommend.

Omg, this was my second time I've here and I didn't see the Sorbetto ice cream . It was the bomb dighty bomb 💣💣💣💣💣💣 . Lemon and mixed berry was sooooooooooooo yummy 😋😋🥰🥰. I can't wait to eat it again. It tastes like Italian icey, so sour . I want to gallon of it next time.

Liked the Organic papaya. Taste is soo good. Brought it to home and family enjoyed it.
