Excellent Pharmacy and staff!! A prior reviewer made a statement about a ‘rude’ pharmacist which shows this person’s ignorance. All of the pharmacists are friendly and professional if you treat them with respect!!

This is the one CVS location I’ve been to that consistently provides a quick, informed, and kind service. Iman (I am so sorry if I got your name wrong, I memory dumped it like five minutes ago) is always so nice to interact with and super fast, he helped me tonight when my prescription ran out and my doctor ghosted me. He’s always super helpful and kind and considerate!

After reading these reviews, I HAVE to meet Nicki! LOL!!!! Nicki sounds like she needs to have her own reality TV show. I hope she transferred to the CVS at Midway and the Tollway because it was already an absolute cesspool disaster. If they could add her attitude, it would actually become like a feature of that location. Like a challenge, a feeling of accomplishment if you could actually ever get your prescription filled and get home without a psychical assault happening. I don't need that drama in my life, but I can see some people enjoying the conflict.

The pharmacy staff at Preston & Frankford are the best. The are very caring and helpful, going above and beyond explanations.

This CVS is wonderful. The staff is friendly and always greets me when I arrive. The pharmacy staff is very helpful and they are always adequately staffed. I never have to wait long for a prescription. They go out of their way to be helpful. It's also a new store so it's very clean and well laid out.

The Asian lady pharmacist along with the African American guy was great. Got my vaccine and she made it easy and quick really nice lady then the guy was so helpful and tried every way to have my get a discount lol I had a great visit. The African American girl that was packing the shelf was really nice. Great visit everytime but today just stood out 😊😊

Omigosh - Bryan in pharmacy is WONDERFUL. I was braced for a confrontation on my first visit today as I'm such a klutz anyway with understanding my meds and I have had several horror stories accumulate over the years at other nearby pharmacies, so I was praying this new CVS near my home would be a good experience. Well, it WAS. Thank you, Bryan, for your patience - your professionalism - your kindness. Most of all, your patience. Thank you!!

This CVS is the best! The lady that is the pharmscist there is the absolute best, she is always very busy, but is always smiling and willing to help you any way she can!The team works wonderful together to help you.

THIS CVS HAS CHANGED MANAGEMENT FOR THE PHARMACY BRIAN IS THE NEW MANAGER AND HE WAS SO NICE AND PROFESSIONAL HE ACKNOWLEDGED THAT IN THE PAST THERE WERE ISSUES BUT HE HAS ADDRESSED THOSE ISSUE AND IS LOOKING FORWARD TO MEETING ME!
