Brian Burns was my sales advisor, and he listened attentively to my needs and formulated a plan with several options for me to consider. He took the time to walk through each option and expertly advised me based on his knowledge of the product. When in doubt at any point along the way, he did not hesitate to engage a store manager to assist. I felt very well taken care of. That's the reason I selected the local AT&T store; always great service

Today I was helped by an employee named Jordyn, she was very helpful and informing with the issues I had with my phone, I would love for her to be the person I see everytime I walk in the store. Jordyn’s customer service is on point. I will continue to come back to this store and refer a friend as well

When I went to the AT&T Store (17489 Preston location) for a pair of headphones, I had no idea I was about to witness the epitome of customer service personified. It is rare to find someone as dedicated and resilient as today’s the on-duty AT&T Associate, Tiffany Roland. Allow me to explain, Tiffany was visibly injured, with her foot in a cast with crutches as her aid however, she dod not let her personal challenges deter her from the primary goal – ensuring each customer left the store satisfied.

The store’s cleanliness and organization were testament to Tiffany's relentless commitment. Considering the adversity she faced, watching her maintain the store’s aesthetics and overall “vibe” is genuinely awe-inspiring. Throughout the next hour, she exuded positivity and unwavering determination, which would serve as a beacon of inspiration for both staff and patrons alike.
It was evident that the Preston Office was running on limited staff that day but that did deter Tiffany in the slightest. Each customer was met with a warm smile and unparalleled professionalism. Her meticulous attention to detail and the patience she showcased, even in the busiest of times, did not go unnoticed. I, with many others, found ourselves expressing gratitude for the exemplary service we received.

To watch anyone, go above and beyond their call of duty, especially when battling physical challenges, speaks volumes about their character. Your location has some great staff! Phillip in particular was very kind and extremely helpful to me. I came in inquiring about AT&T’s phone plans as I was wanting to switch from T-Mobile and was pretty unsure about the process. I was already partially sold to do the switch but what really sold me was the solid customer service I got from him. To anyone coming here I 100% recommend going to Phillip. He was extremely professional and helpful to me and now I am a happy AT&T customer. Thank you Phillip!!

I will admit I was wrong. I thought Verizon loved me but slapped me like a dirty ho after choosing them over you. You were my first cell phone company neway. Remember that big ole brick Nokia we had together? Remember the good ole Southwestern Bell days? Remember the journey we had through Cingular together. I bet you would have worked with me unlike Verizon. When I get back on my feet I’m coming back to you. I was wrong!!!

Phone broke right before I am going on vacation, but luckily I ran into Fahad at the AT&T store. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain everything to me (not a techie). Saved me the most amount of money possible and got it done quick. Promote this man!

After going to Sam's Club and purchasing a new iPhone 14 ProMax, every bit of my account(2) data got mixed up and I was not able to get it corrected over the phone with the AT&T Customer Service...

This young man really knows how to fix major serious problems as relates to the AT&T System... I highlighted all 5 Stars above and if there were 20 Stars I would have highlighted all of them as well... I can't say how much I appreciate Ronell Mosely's help last Sunday. He really is a valuable asset to AT&T.

Fahad was Amazing and pleasure to work with!!! He made my switch from T-Mobile so much easier and I really appreciated his work ethic and patience. This AT&T store employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. Raymond worked with me over the phone and in person and enabled me to make the right purchase for me. He listened to my needs and made sure that I left with the items that were just right for me, for my technology needs as well as my pocketbook.

I went in with a major issue from another store location. Annabel R. Was the best her and her team got me in and out in a timely fashion. I got my phone my service and most importantly. Thank you ATT for having such amazing people working for your company.
