The parking spaces were conveniently located and provided ample space, emphasizing Kohl's commitment to catering to every visitor's needs.

As I approached the checkout counter, once again, Christian's energy was infectious. His enthusiasm as he rang up my purchase was unmistakable. The entire staff at this Kohls were very pleasant. They all made you feel they appreciated my business. The supervisor-Jacquelyn and my cashier Tricia Bell were awesome. They went above to make sure we got every discount available. I will shop there when I'm in the Dallas area.

Went shopping with a friend Saturday. I tried on a T-shirt and purchased it and 3 other men’s shirts. The check out process was extremely pleasant. I left to do my grocery shopping and noticed that when I arrived at the grocery store I couldn’t find my prescription glasses. I searched everywhere then thought to call Kohl’s to see if I left them in the dressing room. The lady who answered was very pleasant and ask me to describe my prescription glasses. I had a hard time giving a description to her and I became frustrated. After hanging up I thought it would end there and I would have to purchase a new pair of prescription glasses.
However a few minutes later I get a text from Kohl’s that contained a pic of my lost glasses! I was overwhelmed by the extent in which they went to that helped me. I don’t know the name of the girl who texted me but her manager’s name is Jenny. To her I would like to say: Thank you so very much for taking customer service to the next level within and out of your store!!! It was greatly appreciated!!!!! 🙂

Great place to shop for running in to get shoes or tees. Especially great for dressy casual sweater coats. Name brands such as Nine West and Vera Wang have a versatile selection of dressy 👗 or casual clothing.

Great location, better than other Kohls I've shopped at. I needed to do a return that went to a visa gift card but Jacqueline and Kimberly went out of there way to help me reverse the charge on the visa gift card so I could use the amount in store that day for my purchase. They walked me upstairs, made me feel like a valued customer!

Great experience at Kohls in North Dallas. The inventory was a 6/10 but the customer service at checkout was impeccable. Susie could not have been more kind and helpful. She alone is the reason why I will shop there again, and the next time I’m at checkout, I will intentionally choose her lane.

Always have an excellet experience. The store provides many clothing options with inexpensive prices that fits my budget. The staff is alway courteous and friendly at checkout and lets me know discounts that are avaiable to me.

I spoke to someone on the phone who resolved my issue (I caused the issue by ordering at the wrong store). They made it easy for me, and put my self pick up order at the register. I’m impressed with their customer service and the friendliness of the employees at the register when I arrived!

Employees are so friendly and helpful (which is very refreshing during the holidays). So many things to shop for here, this Kohl's is massive! Parking lot was practically empty (also nice during the holidays). Definitely will be back! Five stars across the board! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Today when I was at the North Dallas Kohl's store, I had the pleasure of having Jacqueline check me out and help me pay for my items. She was SO sweet and friendly. She made me feel like she was genuinely happy that I was there, and we had a fun conversation while she checked me out. You gotta love friendly employees like Jacqueline!

Store is very good ambience. Staff is excellent in terms of customer service. I forgot to collect coupons. Concern staff member reminded me and handed over which is significant sign of customer service. I always recommend Kohl’s to Friends and Family members

I went to Kohl's store 0413 in North Dallas today and was checked out by Rosee. She called me to come over, was a great conversationalist, was sympathetic to a situation I'm going through, and was very helpful in general. I appreciate her!

Everyone at this store is so nice and always ready to help. I don't think there's a grumpy employee that works here! This is what keeps me coming back!

Clean and masks are mandatory! The store was much more packed than I expected. Keep 6ft distance signs were posted all around (which doesn't do much with sheer number of people in the store) prices are clearly posted and floor staff can scan anything to give more info on the spot. Great AC by the way!

Staff was very helpful. My 11 yr old found clothes he loved & I loved the prices!

This Kohl’s is a joy! The cashiers are extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
The store is clean and well organized, the online pickup area is easy to locate and navigate through. I would recommend this store to anyone.

The Kohl’s associate Jenny was amazing. She noticed that I was having a hard time carrying a box with a vacuum in it. She swooped over, took the box, carried it downstairs and rang up the sale at the register. She offered to carry the box to my car but when I declined the offer, she thoughtfully placed the box in a store cart so I could roll it to my car.

Jenny is a terrific employee!
