We had an overall excellent experience with Marco Piedra. He displayed a professional demeanor and took his time to make sure we understood every step of the process. We never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision and will highly recommend him to others in the future. 10/10

Firstly, I buy parts here because their prices tend to be better than anywhere else for Nissan OEM. Even though their secondary sales site shut down, their prices are still better than most. Secondly, I came here for some minor quick service (consult computer stuff) and they helped me out super quick and were real nice about it. I spoke to a tech (John) who was cool and helpful, and clearly an experienced tech. I'd fully trust my car with these guys if I had to come to a dealership for service, and that's not something I'd say about many places.

LOVED working with Ken and Fernando! All the staff is so nice. The process was so simple. Car buying can be difficult but not here!!

I was overwhelmed with the shopping with my family (6). They answered all their questions with satisfaction to us all. Friendly, not just to make a sale, but they treated us like we were their true family and friends. We had a nice time with them and I left with more than I came for with a satisfied deal that was remarkably great!! It was well worth the drive and I had a nice visit with my children while there. Warm and friendly environment. I worked with Teddy who was very nice and patient, but the manager Reggie also stepped in to make sure that I was taken care of. Neither of them were pushy and annoying, which I really appreciated. They kept me educated on everything so that I could make an informed decision.

I went to get my car serviced today and I’m always skeptical that service departments are out to do more harm than good. Daniel Roman was my advisor and he went above and beyond my expectations! He was very attentive to my needs and treated me with high value and had lots of patience with all of my questions, which he answered without hesitation. If I could give this guy 10 stars I would. Also thanks to the service staff who worked on my car because you guys were swift and thorough. My car rides like new!

Yesterday, I called the service department of Courtesy Nissan . A nice young lady answered. I got a warning on my dashboard that my key battery was low. I asked if I had to get the battery at the dealership or if there were other options. The nice lady was thorough and she gave me options.
I had previously called another Nissan dealership.., Metro Nissan. .. and the lady in the service department there was abrupt and acted as if my question was a bother.. before I knew it, she hung up..

I like to give a big shout out to AK in service and also the manager Kailyn. My car was there for a full month but instead of going into detail about what all happened just note they did amazing job making it right and making sure my car was back to looking good with a nice detail. Also it was very nice to accommodate me with a loaner in the mean time and add the extra items as discussed on my car. It's a clean place and the people in service that helped are down to earth and did a great job.
