When we think of large establishments like Walmart, we sometimes forget that it's the individual associates who truly shape our experiences, making them memorable and impactful. My visit today to Walmart (425 Coit Rd, Plano, TX 75075) brought this truth to light, all thanks to an extraordinary associate named Danny.

Navigating the vast world of electronics and related accessories can often be daunting, especially when you're in a hurry. I was on a tight schedule, needing printer ink to print and fax critical documents. Enter Danny – the epitome of what stellar customer service should be.

Even amidst his engagement with another task, Danny spotted my look of urgency and, without a second thought, stopped to attend to my needs. There was no hint of reluctance or the typical “I’ll call someone else” attitude. Instead, he personally stepped out from behind the counter to guide me. With Danny's expertise, we quickly located the printer ink section, and he ensured I had the exact product I needed.

But Danny's assistance didn’t stop there. As I approached a check-out area and found an empty register, he was right there, ready to help. His approach to the checkout process wasn't just about scanning items and processing payment. It was imbued with genuine warmth, pleasant conversation, and an evident passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your standard Walmart. Seems to be well organized and employees are nice overall. Has electronics, groceries, produce, clothes, home and gardening tools, furniture and much more. Lots of parking available. Street intersection is pretty busy most of the time since next to the highway.

I usually use self checkout especially at Walmart but today I went to a regular line and I was very pleased! The associate Angelo provided great customer service to my grandmother and was very respectful during our whole checkout. I honestly have not have great customer service in months but he was wonderful!

Been shopping at this Walmart for the past few months after moving to the area. At first just picked the location because it was close, but they’ve recently gone through a remodel and I now really enjoy shopping at this location. It’s is cleaner, and faster checkout with better checkout experience. The produce section also seems to have been updated and past couple weeks have had better selection of produce. It’s a superstore location with full grocery, home and electronics and clothing departments. Great for all around shopping.

So many new items out in the store I absolutely adored the onezies. Lots of items on offer and lots to choose from.
Didn't have any cameras as they had sold out but good thing about walmart there's another one not too far away.

First time using the auto area, and inside associate was so friendly and caring! Noticed synthetic oil change price was (is) $20 cheaper here 😲
I'll be back to either this location or another one. But most likely this location.

The store is visually appealing, and I found all the items I needed. I'd rate the associates, cleanliness, merchandising, and item availability all 5/5. The zoning was nearly perfect at 4.5/5. Overall, a great shopping experience!

Friendly staff and clean environment! There's a guy named Kimmy who is usually greeting customers as they come in and out. He always has a smile on his face very polite very kind. Exactly what any good human should be! I shop here usually and have never had any problems. Restrooms are okay. There are two customer service representatives that do an amazing job always. Absolutely love them. I will get their names next time I go in. Always smiling and helpful. Thumbs up!!

One of the coolest Walmarts I have ever been to. Lots of different foods not readily available at any store let alone Walmart. Many large ethnic sections with hard to find foods. Store neat and tidy. Staff friendly.

This review is for Deborah, the Vision Center Manager. I went in on my lunch break to inquire about new nose pads for my eyeglasses. She was seated with an employee helping another customer, and immediately asked if she could help me with anything. Long story short, she was the most pleasant person interact with, and had me fixed up in under 15 minutes. She even checked and cleaned my other pair of glasses. Super awesome lady !!! The BEST Walmart in the Dallas area! It’s very clean and always well stocked. The staff is incredibly kind and very helpful. I drive 25 minutes just to go to this Walmart because it’s so great!

Found a great deal on a display model TV with remote - 43 inch Hisense Roku 4K - $125.00! Plays great and I added a $40.00 LED sound bar for great movie nights in my Tiny Home Van! I love shopping and finding gem deals that I didn't expect!!

The location was clean and organized. I was able to find everything I needed. I ended up leaving with more than was on my list because the placement of some of their products helped me realize I needed them. The associate who assisted me took me to the location of the product. They were helpful and professional. I had to return an item I had previously purchased that turned out to be a duplicate of something I already had. The associate was courteous and efficient in quickly processing my return and putting the amount back on my card. There was only one person in front of me, so there was basically less than 5 minutes wait to be helped.

It’s huge and seems to have everything. The people working their are wonderful. A guy named Sam was stocking shelves and I asked about a product I couldn’t find. He volunteered to go in the back and see if he could find it! Just an exceptional employee! Others I encountered were super nice also.

I love the Texas pride. We were staying at a hotel across the street and just came in for some Blue Bell and Coke, so not much more I can say. It was clean and employees seemed helpful. And you had Blue Bell, so honestly your floors could have been crawling with fire ants and I wouldn't have noticed. I had a single mind and was interested in nothing else. :)

Francisco & Antonio in the automotive department are so wonderful and there is also a very nice lady that works there. I go out of my way to come to this location to get oil changes, etcetera.

This review is for the auto center. Great workers, very helpful, Francisco is very good and informative about cars everytime.

This Walmart has tons of parking. Friendly and helpful staff. The entire store was incredibly clean and organized, even the clearance areas. Easy to navigate. Plenty of selfserv checkout lanes. Thanks y'all! Five stars across the board ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is my local Walmart. The store is well laid out and it is easy to find what you need. Employees are friendly and helpful. I have had exceptionally good experiences with the pharmacy staff, and would highly recommend this pharmacy as they are very attentive to your needs.

Looked for a simple dressing gown... Instead found some nice soft bath robes... I got mine in black, had to look at the very back of the rack to find it. There rest are cute too, was going to go for the light blue with snowflakes, but my inner voice said to look deeper.
