These two ladies went above and beyond to help me understand and maximize the benefits of my gas points after purchasing groceries. Their patience, expertise, and cheerful disposition turned what could have been a confusing ordeal into a genuinely delightful encounter. It's not just about the points; it's about the comfort and the care they showed, ensuring I was well-informed and pleased with my visit.

Additionally, for those who, like me, are fans of the self-checkout, Kroger's associates here make the process a breeze. There's always an associate nearby, ready to offer assistance and ensure that your checkout process is as smooth and expedient as possible. And speaking more broadly of the associates at this store, their consistent pleasantness and eagerness to help do not go unnoticed. It's a testament to the store's commitment to customer service.

I love Kroger groceries because the products here are fresh and more qualities than another cheap markets. Every time Kroger makes an actions - and you have a possibility to buy a good condition food, fruits or another ones for less then usually. Same situation if you got coupons. The last time I bought pineapple $0.97 per each, black grape $0.88 per pound. Thanks for that.

My first time visiting this location. The store was very clean, shelves were well stocked, aisles were wide and easy to navigate. The produce section looked amazing! The checkout line was very long. But Guillermo, the cashier, was very courteous, customer friendly and very efficient. He was smiling during the whole transaction. I will return to this store when in this area.

Stopped by this wonderful Kroger location to get my car registration sticker for 2024, there was a tiny wait but at the end I was able to get my sticker swiftly and swimmingly! Good customer service reps. Try and take care of your issues, questions, comments/concerns easily. Will remember how easy it was in future years!

James was a big help, he personally asked if I needed an item and checked to see if they had it in the back.

An excellent store with friendly, welcoming staff and an extensive product selection! Insider tip: check the clearance area near the back stockroom door along with the manager's special produce shelf as both can have great deals! Also, as with all Kroger stores, be sure to take advantage of digital coupons!

Kroger’s is just a good store. It’s convenient. The people are nice it’s not massive were you got a walk to the end of the earth just to get something I like it

It's a great neighborhood Kroger. It's not as fancy (or pretentious) as a Whole Foods or Central Market, but I've been coming here for almost 20 years & the place is like a pantry that's not connected to the rest of my house.
The selection is pretty good, the food is fresh, & the prices are fair. The store is consistently clean & the staff is the kind of friendly that I like. Many of them have worked in this store as long as I've been shopping here, and they may not know my name but someone knows my face and says hello or acknowledges me with a nod or wave every time I come in. That's exactly what I want from my grocery store without being too much.

Would recommend this Kroger do to affordable items and large selection but also they open late so is the only department store that open until 1 am

I would hereby like to compliment Guy Wells, an employee at the Preston Trail store, for the excellent service he provided me a few weekends back.

We have recently had an unfortunate run of severe and damaging thunderstorms in our area and there was one of these very ominous looking storms fast approaching as I entered the store on Sunday. By the time I finished checking out, there was a torrential downpour right over us.

A little background, I am a single mom, so anytime I can slip in an unencumbered child-free run to the grocery store, I take it. I don't have time to spare, so as everyone hunkered down in the front foyer of the entrance waiting for the storm to pass, I strode right on past them all despite everyone's disbelief and warnings. As I approached my car, I fumbled to get it unlocked; however, I was already drenched anyhow only after about 3 or 4 steps out from under cover.

Amazingly, (after I had gone about 25 yards across the parking lot, mind you) I heard someone yelling from behind me, "ma'am let me help you". Mr. Wells has taken it upon himself to follow me out to my car, become completely soaked to the bone in the downpour and graciously assist me with getting my groceries in my car. He went above and beyond any sort of reasonable expectations and took it upon himself to run out to assist me in the worst conditions ever!!! I didn't even ask him to! Now that is what I call superior customer service!!!

This type of professionalism and commitment to the highest level of customer's satisfaction has to be acknowledged. Having in mind such a pleasant experience with this employee makes me feel more inclined to do all of my business with Kroger.

Good alternative for other stores

Great sales and deals on the app. Free item every Friday to load. What I don't use I donate to our food pantry, like the 12 pack of Pepsi this past Friday. Private label products are high quality. Kroger also mails coupons to your home every other month. With the loyalty card I often get 10 cents off my gas purchase. Love my Kroger!

I really like this store. It's my go to grocery store! Staff is nice and friendly. I usually find great deals on everything. I especially love the extra coupons they send in the mail on ITEMS YOU BUY so you can ACTUALLY USE THEM😊

Employees at self checkout are super quick and have tons of patiences. I watched one employee get yelled at for something, she can’t control. Y’all do not pay them enough for what they experience.

One of my favorite Kroger's, one of the older ones in Dallas has an old time feel to it. They have a pretty good clearance section which is obscure located between dairy and meat sections. I can always get in and out pretty fast lines are never long.

I forgot something on the self-checkout counters after I checked it out two days ago. I reached out to customer service today explaining my situation. Javier and Jeff were quite helpful and friendly! I got it in the same day after they confirmed it with the associate who was on self-checkouts that night.

I love my Kroger friends. Staff is awesome and useful. Will return again and again.

This is such a great Kroger location. I simply love it. The best thing about it is the Floral Department! I think they have the BEST floral selection in Far North Dallas. You can buy the most gorgeous arrangements for a very low price. The floral manager and employees will personally make you bouquets and are very cool and friendly. It's a busy floral department - Because it's sooo good. Go there to buy your flowers and gift flowers!!!
