A week ago I purchased the LG all-in-one washer and dryer combo. This uses a heat pump. Saves money on electricity and uses just a 120 outlet, not a 220 frees up space by taking away one appliance because now one appliance does both washes and drys. Extra space

Pedro was very helpful in finding a monitor I was looking for. Pedro and the manager assisted me with price matching on the monitor,which saved me $10 on my purchase. Pedro also helped me find other supplies I needed.

Overall, great customer service!!!

I went into this store to repurchase a Rode mic because the one I had previously purchased had broke that day. I brought my mic to show the Best Buy associate the exact one I would like to repurchase. Unfortunately the first associate they put me with seemed like he was forced to come to work that day. He hardly looked at the mic I was showing to him and told me they don't have it in store. I asked for other recommendations because I was in dire need of a mic. He give me a very nonchalant attitude and recommend another mic by the same brand. Before the final check out, I asked about three times, "would this work with my iPhone?" He nonchalantly answered and said yes.

I got into my car and oped the mic so I can hook it up to my phone to find out it is not even compatible with cellular devices!!!! I was extremely perturbed because I asked him several times before making my purchase if the devise will work with my phone. I didn’t ask him to do more than what he was being paid to do! That was highly frustrating!

I said a prayer and went back into Best Buy and God surly sent ANDREW ARNOLD to be my help. From the door he made a difference with a welcoming smile and the best recommendations with his camera expertise. He worked hard to get someone to cover him at the door so he can locate the EXACT mic I came in for to begin with that the initial associate told me wasn’t in stock. Andrew found the mic that I initially wanted fairly quickly and checked me out in no time. I can’t express enough how grateful I was for him that day. Not only did he help me purchase what I wanted but also provided very great recommendations for the future. This five star review is ONLY and SOLEY because of ANDREW ARNOLD. If my review was based on the first associate, this store would've gotten a one star review. Andrew is the star of this store and should receive a promotion for simply taking pride in what he’s paid to do.

Helpful employees. They actively guided us to what we needed quickly. Friendly employees. Our clerk was in very good spirits and made us feel at ease.

I love this store the people are very helpful. They went above and beyond helping me look for an item that I be needed even today on Christmas Eve I was able to order something way last minute and pick it up fast and easy

My goto place for any electronics. They match any prices advertised online. Plus you get to see the items in person. I have their Geek Squad extended warranty with my home appliances which is very reliable and solid.

Great customer service at this location. Sales rep Adam in the laptop dept was impressively patient in helping me check out various product options, making sure all worked as I needed instead of selling me something I'd be unhappy w down the road.

Nice shop well kept, wide offer. Found easily what I needed. Employees are polite and supportive. Interesting discounted prices.

This Best Buy is great, little iffy only during the remodel. Always have what i need available for curbside, but it’s also just fun to walk around in there and look at all the tech.

Best Buy did have the best buy on the surround sound system I was looking for.

Great store and very big plus the employees are very well trained and friendly well employees come and go but still good service, I have been coming to these location for years because these is the only one my husband likes to come to shop, we used to come here every weekend long time ago to buy games and movies but that was before Netflix and all those movie channels so we used to buy soo many movies here also all of of electronic like TVs blue rays, game systems like my kiddos first wii than 3ds then wii u and new 3ds xl and so on and on tables for our kids our phones, I mean you'll find everything here I got my camera and a recording camera here my husband gets his high definition cables here his speakers 🔊 and our memory cards I don't know what else to tell you my husband likes these place because it's one of the places that brings all new technology to your place and they have it here for you to test and look in person not through the website so that way his more secure that these is really what he wants and these items do least long, we still have some of these old stuff that we have bought here long time ago because it's great quality, even do they do offer to buy extended guaranteed we had never used and they still have price matched so that's a plus, they have computers or just part if you only need a keyboard that's what we bought here too and toy's we buy Nintendo and Google cards here one of our latest big purchases was the washer and dryer set and a stove range very expensive but they're great and I'm hopping that they least me for many many years it's a great quality and I'm very pleased with all 3 items these we're purchased a little over a year so so far they're great, I also forgot to mention that they have lot's of brands here for you to choose the one you like or compare also they have big appliances but also small kitchen appliances so if you're thinking about buying something and want to take a look at it before purchasing these is the place forget to mention they also have a magnolia room you can choose from lot's of different deals for your cinema your little or big theater.

The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice for future purchases! Tall dark haired gentleman. I will definitely be back to this location!!

Freddie and Milton arrived as scheduled to deliver my new
Insignia™ - 11.5 Cu. Ft. Bottom Mount Refrigerator and were extremely professional and patiently worked through issues in getting the old fridge out of the opening. I really appreciated their efforts when it was 100+ degrees outside. The new fridge is perfect and quiet. I love it.

Employees were above and beyond. Even they were about to close they allowed us to come in and look the laptops they had. The took the time to with patience to explain the inventory they have and the prices. Thank you!
