Dr William Ruskin, Dr Vejayan Krishnan & Dr Aaron Ruskin

My son had his 4 wisdom teeth out yesterday with Dr Aaron Ruskin. His assistant was warm and welcoming! He was amazing and took great care of my son! Now I have had 2 kids he has done surgery on! I would highly recommend him for any procedure!

I had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted in one visit. From the very beginning with my initial phone call to set up first , to the very last check up one week post-op, I was treated with a lot of respect and care. Dr. Ruskin took his time walking me through the procedure and answering any questions I had. His staff was also very helpful in working with my busy work schedule and accommodated me whenever possible.

I'm over 30 years old, so I was really afraid of getting all four of my wisdom teeth pulled at the same time, but Dr. Ruskin was amazing. I felt some slight pain, but experienced very little swelling and quick healing. Wish I could leave more than 5 stars for this office to be completely honest.

I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Aaron Ruskin at the Brighton location. I was a little bit nervous since I’m 26 years old and I have heard it’s better to get them out at a younger age. I’ve also heard lots of horror stories from this procedure. However I think Dr. Ruskin and his staff did a wonderful job. Beth and Cierra/Sierra (I could be butchering their names) but whoever was helping the doctor were amazing. Everyone involved made everything extremely relaxing and were very professional. I had my procedure done yesterday morning and so far I haven’t had any complications. I highly recommend this place if you want a quick and easy removal.

I had to get all four of my wisdom teeth out. I heard all the horror stories and then some so I was a bit nervous about the procedure. I ended up seeing Dr. Jamie Luria at the Canton office. I had the procedure done a week ago today and experienced no side effects. I had almost no swelling, no pain after the first day and aside from mild bruising along my jawline you can't even tell I had oral surgery the other day! He's very pleasant and has a great sense of humor which puts you right at ease. I highly recommend him for anyone who needs to have their wisdom teeth out!

We have been to Dr. Ruskin for kids wisdom teeth extractions, one child with a jaw issue, other extractions and a tooth implant. Extremely satisfied each and every time with Dr. and every staff member!!

I highly recommend Dr.Krishnan and his staff!!!! They are friendly and are exceptional at their jobs!!!!!

I personally thought he was very rude. I haven’t seen him but once and the first thing he said to me was “how long have you been smoking meth?” Now call me crazy but I’m pretty sure I know what I’ve been putting in my body a little better then a “doctor” whose only met me once. He was rude beginning to end. He had an attitude the whole time which surprises me because I WAS a paying customer. Sometimes only being good at your job isn’t enough. Treating people like they’re human no matter who they are is very important, something Dr Ruskin wasn’t taught in school apparently. You expect your doctor to be kind and calming, especially if you’re about to get your wisdom teeth pulled but instead I felt embarrassed and honestly ashamed that I even let him work on me after being treated the way I was.

Horrible experience all around.Very difficult to deal with. 2 sons had surgery scheduled. Both through same insurance.Preapproval after insurance cost was under $500 each. 2 months after 1st surgery received bill for $1,400. Said not covered. Office/Doctor was in network during consult, but now not...seems suspicious. 7 months of phone calls and emails to fight outstanding balance. Even 3 way calls with insurance went poorly due to office staff.Cancelled other son's surgery only to see they filed a claim and my insurance paid 100% (for a surgery that never happened) They since returned the money to the insurance company, received a payout from insurance company and refunded a partial amount back to me. Not worth 7 months of hassle and still have a son that needs surgery.

Went to Aaron for a simple procedure, as he was the cheapest around (I had to pay out of pocket) now I see why. Horrible bedside manner, Thinks he's the most important person in the world. I will say the 1 star is fair as he’s doing a great job destroying what his daddy gave him.

The former staff complaints only solidify my thoughts. Do yourself a favor and find anyone else, even if they operate out of a shopping cart in an alley of a strip club. You'll be way better off than with this A-hole.

I went to my dentist today, thinking I had an infection because of the pain (2 weeks later). My dentist is usually very jovial and happy. He looked in my mouth, was silent and shook his head and could not believe the lack of care Aaron provided.

I'm now on an antibiotics and a prescription mouthwash that Aaron should have scripted (per my real dentist).

Lastly, spend a bit more time looking for that top button on that shirt. You are clearly proud of your chest hair, don’t subject the rest of us to it.

Places trash, secretary's rude. Would recommend any other place. Don't ever go to this place

I still have holes in my mouth from the wisdom teeth extraction . That was back in late august. its now December.
