First time at the Brighton location and I will certainly be going back. Came in with some trade-ins and was helped by Justin who couldn’t have been any nicer. I ended up with a good amount of store credit and mentioned that I was looking for a particular SteeleSeries headset for my PS5. Justin recommended the Arctis Nova 7P which he personally uses himself. After explaining some of the features and capabilities of the headset I was sold. I’ve been extremely pleased with my new headset. I also picked up a new dualsense controller and pre-ordered some new games. I’ve been to other gamestops in the area where I’ve experienced rude staff and a poor shopping experience. I am happy to say that I had an awesome experience at GameStop of Brighton and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Thank you Justin for the great customer service. I will be going back to GameStop Brighton for future gaming purchases.

This place had a lot of Kirby products, and my fiance and his son are huge fans!

Absolutely loved coming in here he was very helpful for as difficult as I felt that day they got me exactly what I wanted for amazing prices and they even found ways to help me save money and get my monthly magazines which no other game stop has actually helped me with, best GameStop ever, even convinced my non gamer girlfriend that GameStop was an awesome store thank you to the man and woman working the counter 9/19/22 around 5-6pm, definitely returning to get more stuff

I was sent here from another game stop, which was great cause, he gave me an entire list that I could go through, and when I got to this one, she was awesome and I got what I needed and it works

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. They'll always help you find what you need even if you just have a basic description of what you want. Don't know if I approve them trying to get you to renew your membership 3 to 4 months before it's over for the year but overall service was great.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They go above and beyond to help you find what you're looking for. And, if they don't have it at their store. They will check online and have it delivered to their store for you to pick it up.

Always have excellent customer service! Fast and friendly workers who know about the products and game themselves I love going into the store and striking up conversations with any of them. Helps me learn and find new items of interest.

I must say as far as gamestops go this is one of my favorites. The employees are friendly, the shop is clean and above all else the employees know their stuff and will go above and beyond to help if they can. I'm currently struggling with a lost pre-order, and Jessica has been with me every step of the way, trying to help me as much as she can.

Went in to look, came out with a switch and games & accessories. Great workers and clean store. Very organized.

It’s a ok enough GameStop it was clean & the staff were nice/helpful for what I needed, made me feel welcome while I was shopping, enjoyed having a conversation with them the staff there are the only reason I’ll shop at a GameStop.

Traded in my Xbox One S and got a great deal by becoming a gamestop member. Price matched a new keyboard that was cheaper on their website. Great customer and overall experience.

We come to this particular GameStop all the time. My daughter loves looking for new Pokemon. The Staff here is always friendly and willing to help out. Would def recommend!

Been going here for years now. Always have a helpful staff to provide solid answers whether I'm in the store or calling for a quick question on what they have in stock. When I got my PS4 a lady helped me find a new one and provided awesome input as to what games I'd like and she was spot on. Sure they're trade in values aren't the highest, but they are in the business of making money, just like any other store. I feel they take them in on courtesy so I don't have to hold on to them and sell them myself. Sure, some games may be cheaper at Walmart but you don't buy games from a grocery store. Plus, if I buy something and it ends up not working, there's no hassle to get at least an exchange.
