I had to return two damaged interior doors to Home Depot in Brighton, MI. The associate Taylor was so helpful. I had asked if we could Saran wrap them so they would not get damaged on the commute home and he was so kind to have assisted with that along with helping me put the doors in my truck. What great customer service and definitely a great employee.

I had a bad experience last time I was in the store but today they totally redeemed themselves:) Eric in flooring was great and the ladies at the service desk who closed tonight were incredibly kind and helpful!!

I cannot fully express how grateful I am for the excellent customer service my husband received last week at the Brighton Home Depot! At a little after 8pm On Thanksgiving Eve our well pressure tank sprung a leak! We were completely panicked because we were hosting 20 guests the next day! We realized we didn't have the right supplies So my husband headed to your store! I called because the store was scheduled to close in 15 minutes and I wasn't sure if my husband would make it in time! They were so NICE and understanding! They even stayed at least 45 minutes after closing to help him. THANK YOU so much - I am sure they wanted go home and be with their families but stayed and helped him find

Did a pick up order and the gal working the pick up counter was very nice and brought my order out quickly. It seems rare these days to have good, friendly service. Very much appreciated.

Greek Bill was awesome, never had such a fast and great experience at Home Depot. Huge asset to the company!

The appliance manager or store manager not sure her name I think heather was truly amazing help to my family during Christmas time. She helped resolve my refrigerator issue and I could not be anymore grateful 🙏

Jeff helped us make a decision on which dish washer is best for our needs! He is knowledgeable with the appliances!
Mike helped us in the electrical area, We had several questions about breakers and the electrical box. Mike helped Us out considerably!
I love Home Depot! It is like a candy shop! There is so much there to help with home improvements! They will even help teach you how to repair, put together, or build something for yourself. For instance bird houses, repair door frames, choose the right grill or do a tiled floor, and etc... they are so knowledgeable there and willing to help! And if they are not sure for themselves, they'll send you to the right person.
12/ 03/2023 Peter, Thoshia, Hal are incredible worker's at Home Depot in Brighton MI. Thoshia is incredible with her smile and enthusiasm and she's given us great ideas in how to set up our bird feeder and directing us in areas we need help with. Peter has helped us out greatly in finding the dishwasher we are looking for. Hal helped us in electronic 's and helped us understand more about WiFi. He is very knowledgeable in this area! We are very happy for these 3 working at Home Depot!
01/08/2024 Rianne in the painting department was very helpful! She taught us that even when someone uses puffy paint on a easel board, it is possible to get off!. I tried "the works" and, an SOS pad, and many different items trying to remove the paint and was not successful. She suggested what's called crocodil with a blow dryer, and that worked amazingly! She seems to know her stuff!! She also helped us find other various other items. My husband & I feel she should be highly commendable!!!

Well stocked and clean! It's always easy to find an employee here to assist. Plus our dog gets spoiled with treats from the employees when he gets to tag along.

Huge variety of household things for great prices. Ladies always helpful and knowledgeable.

An employee noticed me struggling in the parking lot with a large purchase. He approached me and offered to help me get to my car and loaded. He was the kindest young man. He went above and beyond for me. I was so appreciative. His apron name tag said TIM. Thank you TIM. You made me smile all day.

Great place to find stuff for your home improvement project or repair

I've been working with the Brighton MI location #2724 for the last 4 months and the team there has been absolutely amazing. All hard working and my experience has been the best I have experienced from any one business I've ever worked with. I'm the COO and partner in a manufacturing and wholesale company so I understand the complexities of running a sound business in the current supply chain climate. Specifics shout outs to Christina in Kitchen Design and Erik at the Pro Desk who have both gone to bat for me and always fought to support me as best they can. We have been dealing with some horrible delivery issues with a third party company you've contracted and the Brighton team has rallied and gone above and beyond to support me in my project. I'm so thankful and appreciate of the outstanding service and support they have given me. This group is unique and deserves credit for the pride they take in their jobs and service they provide for their community. Job well done and thank you!

Steve helped my Fiance and I get a set of kitchen cabinets and figure out everything we needed, he was extremely helpful and kind!

Went in to pick up a gallon of paint and was greeted by a very friendly employee when I entered the store. I had looked up the paint I needed online ahead of time and the aisle and bay it was in were listed there, making it very easy to find. Went through the self checkout lane with no waiting for a quick in and out trip to the store.

I am always treated well, buy the staff.

Had a great experience. I went to use my coupons online today and they expired yesterday. So i decided to tey in the store. The lady at at service counter was super friendly and honored one. Every little bit helps with this crazy world we live in.
