The store manager was great to work with in resolving some issues that we had with a large balloon order on the day of our event. I will definitely return for future business, and recommend to friends.

There was some misinformation given to me by a store employee. It involved a balloon delivery. I was told that they could be delivered to Milord Michigan. After ordering 45 helium filled balloons I was told they could not be. The zip code was not in their area (Milford has 2 zip codes, one Brighton delivers to and one they don't) Michelle (manager Brighton 4133) worked with Allison (manager Novi 4124) to transfer my order and make sure these balloons got to my event. I can't thank these ladies enough for going above and beyond to help make my event beautiful. I will forever use Party City for my parties and I will recommend them every chance I get. Keep up the good work ladies!!

Got all the items we needed for a 21st birthday. Except the beer, of course! Lol

I was in desperate need of a very specific style of candy, not something sold in grocery stores. A very nice associate looked the candy up, and located the exact spot where the candy was located. The store was clean, and well organized. The prices are reasonable. I would recommend Party City for anyone throwing a themed party; you will find everything.

Probably one of the only places in the area that Has cowboy hats in March. I had to make a costume for a children’s exhibit. I did not realize how many things they had there. Lots of Easter basket stuffers, as well as st Patrick’s day attire. I can’t remember the name of the young man who checked us out, but he was very friendly. My kid even said “mom he was really nice” the store was clean and very organized. It was easy to find what we were looking for

Clean location, and staff was awesome! I was able to gather my order and place it in bags, heck I wouldn't want to fight with them with balloons, and was correct the first time

We went in at their opening time on a Saturday to pick up balloons. They were obviously busy filling orders made online for the day, but the employees were polite and were able to fill my order quickly. I would suggest ordering either online or over the phone if you want a lot of balloons, but they filled my 3 balloons a lot sooner than they estimated initially.

They have a large selection of party items to choose from, like, table cloths, paper plates, food tray's, napkins, exc... They also have a good selection of cards for almost any occasion. They have costumes, games, and all kinds of items for decorating parties, etc...

Employees so nice! Everything you need for a special event is there! Maybe a little overwhelming with the amount of options but to each their own.
