Tristan went Above and beyond trying to help me do a return for Amazon. No matter what he did or I did, we could not make it work but, his determination and professionalism was so much appreciated. You’ve got a great employee there! Thank you.

Thanks to this Staples for making things much easier with back to school shopping. I made 2 trips yesterday with 2 different grandkids. It was busy! There were 2 employees stationed in the school supply area answering questions and anticipating them! It made this a really great experience. In addition it seemed like they had all the supply lists for the schools. Everything we needed was there. There was no wait to check out. Thanks for a job well done.

Miles was the associate that helped me with my printing order. He walked me through what he was doing with his system. He explained that he was trying different ways to get the best price. He voluntarily gave me a discount with a coupon. He offered folding and cutting - with no extra charge. He also gave me the same price for 100 two-sided color paper as 150 two-sided paper. He was also affable and polite. When I told him my time crunch, he sped through the last few steps to finish my order. Miles wasn’t just doing his job, he was serving me and representing Staples in an amazing way.

Extremely helpful and patient staff. We ended up having to return a printer that didn’t work for what we needed. The staff was super patient and helped us get everything we needed.

I went to pick up some brochures our ministry had ordered to be copied and when I received them, Miles (employee) kindly OFFERED, without me having to ask, to fold them for me. While doing so, he noticed the paper we had ordered was a little to thick, as it was cracking at the seams. He was SO VERY VERY KIND and offered to redo them for us on a better folding type of paper. He did so with such kindness and had a smile on his face the whole time. I must say, I have NEVER received such phenomenal customer service ANYWHERE! What an AMAZING young man you have working for you. Miles deserves the best recognition and in the future, I will request his service. I was absolutely just blown away by this young man's demeanor, attitude and such eagerness to go above and beyond to make us happy!! Job well done. Thank you Miles for making my night so much better!! This visit was on November 2, 2018 around 6 or 7 pm!!

My usual experience was buying routine office supplies, e.g. ink, paper, etc. and Staples was always a good experience - fast checkout, helpful people and solid pricing. What put them into the five star category was my recent experience with their technical support team. They worked with me to pull some data off a damaged hard drive and did a great job. We got the data and their communication and timeliness along the way were terrific. Amir, Mike and one other gentleman whose name I didn't get were professional and competent. Thanks Staples.

Lots of parking shared with Home Depot customers, Clean well organized store, was able to find everything easily.

I was there for some color copies and needed help using the self serve copy machine, proceeded to ask the rep in print copy section. Staff member was very helpful in directing and showing how to use the copy machine.

I orderd a custom stamp online, when I went to pick it up in the store, it was much, much smaller than I anticipated. Carrie- who was working in the copy area, helped me redesign the stamp and made a new on for me, even though there was only an hour to close. She was so helpful, a real life saver.

Because of the work that I do, I am in Staples at their print center, all over the country. They almost all do a very good job, however this Brighton Staples location does a great job!

Great selection, great layout and verly well kept. I had the pleasure of working with Mike Z, who showed us exactly what we were looking for and had the upmost knowledge of the products we were looking for. Friendly, professional, and very direct. I will absolutely be back in the near future!

There arent words to describe how we feel. 7pm on Friday the 13th of December we had a very important project come up and we were stuck. We couldn't get other places to help, they said it cant be done.
His name is Miles, found us at the counter, we told him what we were trying to do and he saw the problem other places were having, he came up with a solution and as we questioned his solution he said "I got this". Miles went above and beyond what we ever expected and he was right. What other said couldn't be done, he did in spectacular fashion. It was done on time and perfect. Thank you Miles!!!!!

If you don't have a printer at home, Staples will print it out for you. That's what I'm doing at Staples today. They go above and beyond their call of duty! If you have something to fax or any returns to another company and are a little confused on how to get it sent out, Staples are the people for you! Well done!!

Store is neat and the staff has always been very friendly and helpfull finding things I need. They helped me to my car with an oversized item and price match all their competitors.

Came in late night at the last minute and found what my daughter needed. The few employees we saw were polite and we were in and out of the store with ease.
