From the first time I walked in to talk about an engagement ring, to finalizing our wedding bands nearly a year later, Kathy and Lindsey have been nothing short of amazing. Never having done anything like this, it was safe to say I had no clue what to do or how to articulate what I was looking for, but Kathy and Lindsey made it super easy. They helped design the perfect engagement ring for my fiancé, and more recently, the perfect wedding band for her too. We also just ordered my ring which I cannot wait to see. There was never a “hard sell” or any pressure, they simply wanted to do what we wanted. I cannot recommend them enough!

Cathy is a gem. She provided different suggestions for my projects, explained the processes to me so I felt comfortable. She met with me several times. I had earrings reset and they turned out beautiful, fixed a couple of things, and reset my wedding ring. Very positive experience.

My fiancé worked with this jeweler to create a one of a kind engagement ring and it is absolutely stunning. We don’t live in MI but were back in town for a couple of days this weekend, we stopped by so we could have the ring appraised. They noticed it was a little big and resized it same day as well as cleaned it before returning it to us. Everyone was so kind and the ladies were super helpful now that we are looking for wedding bands.
