liked this target more than others ive been to, had really great options in their clothing and home sections they also had all the chips and drinks you typically have a harder time finding- jf you're looking for something specific theres a good chance this target would have it!

Target Brighton Store: Wow - this location has it together! Every turn-you received a happy holiday and the question “anything we can help you with”. One of the young associates (sorry did not get his name)in toys was SUPER helpful. Also the store had key check out points, which truly improved the checkout flow (great process). Every cart hand cleaned, staff at the Starbucks - again super accommodating. If only Best Buy could live to these standards. Thank you for the awesome experience!!!! What great energy!!!!

I like getting their tide detergent specials. They are slightly different from week to week. But mostly you buy a couple of tide and they give you a $5 or $10 gift card. It's worth it because it's price is the same as other stores, some stores are priced even higher...

Brighton target was quite busy- I was returning items and also doing a pick up. The employees, while doing a lot of multitasking worked well as a team and I felt they genuinely enjoyed their job and making sure the customer was taking care of. They were very friendly , smiling which in turn made me smile. Quick- efficient- friendly !

Target in Brighton, Michigan is always well stocked and well staffed with friendly, helpful and professional associates. As a grandmother who loves to spoil her grands I can’t say enough about their selection of toys, baby essentials and their high quality adorable clothing. I love the Target specific brand toys especially. My daughter and I also love the very cute Thanksgiving outfits the carried in store this year! But our family love all the departments in Target and I rarely every suffer buyers remorse will shopping here and if I do it’s because of lack of self control but no worries, Target’s customer service is amazing too!

I love this Target location! They have a good selection of goods, I rarely find the items I want to be out of stock. The employees are so kind and helpful, especially the drive-up runners - every single one is so nice and super quick to load my car! I hope this location values their people because I do! :)

Today, I interacted with two of the most wonderful and positive Target team members assisting the cars in drive-up orders!! They were engaging, helpful, and had huge smiles for me as I waited in my vehicle for my order. This experience confirms for me one of the reasons I do my shopping with Target. Thanks for making a work environment positive for these employees because it reflects 100% in how their interaction goes with customers. AWESOME JOB!!!

I don't think I've ever left a review for Target but today's brief and pleasant experience was nothing short of awesome! From the second my girlfriend and I walked in we were greeted by a friendly and welcoming employee (something you rarely see at a big box store). Then at checkout, we encountered another polite and helpful employee and it all just was really cool to see! With everything going on in the country and all the negativity these days, it's really uplifting and positive to witness small acts of kindness like this. It goes a long way!

I went to Target to return an item that I had purchased at Target online. The store was very busy, but with a short wait it was all resolved. The transaction included a refund to a Target Gift Card, opening up the boxes of the items to ensure they were not broken. She applied part of the credit to my replacememt purchase.
The staff was terrific! She was very pleasant, she did everything methodically. From there I continued my shopping. The staff at the register was so very polite, and efficient. My replacement items were marked with an electronic paid receipt, substracting the amount from my return, making it super easy to total up my new purchase. I am very impressed with the customer service and the process of retruning items purchased online.

Even with the remodeling it’s still clean and efficient. One bag in and out $79, crazy!

Finding what you need even when you're not looking. It was a delightful time 8n the store today. Angela was very accommodating. Erica was very friendly and one other guy was very helpful with my "wallet" issue. Everyone was so very helpful and friendly which was super awesome!

Great selection of sports cards reasonable prices.

Location: 8043 Challis Rd, Brighton. A larger size store. Larger than any in metro Lansing. The product selection is larger as a result. Still the same group of standard Target items. Examples: the pharmacy, and personal items section has a dbl wide men's area. Have products especially for blk men, a Manscape section, other specialty items. Very large wmn's cosmetics area. The grocery section is fairly extensive. The kitchen goods area has a good selection of table top appliances. As usual, the sporting goods and automotive areas are limited. In men's clothing, they have Wrangler jeans. But not the best quality. They have a lighter weight, less expensive line. They are ok; but don't wear as well or look as good. Was able to get friendly help. The store looked very well stocked. Was clean and neat; appeared well managed.

If people keep doing the stupid "Tar-jay" thing i'm gonna stop shopping here on principal. But, this dumpy little store usually has wierd things that I end up liking and didn't realize I wanted or needed. Never in my life has someplace so useless to me ended up being somewhere I always ended up spending money at. Youre like the crazy ex-girlfriend who is still extremely attractive so we keep meeting up. I hate you, but I want you. Also, this store seems to have a force field at the entrance that Walmart night shopper types cannot pass through, unlike crazy ex-girlfriends. For this reason alone.... 5 Stars.

I have to say not all stores are the same. But the Store Manager in Brighton Michigan is an excellent example of what leadership is all about. I was recently in this store, I had to get assistance in the electronics area. The young man not only answered my question, but he walked me over to what I needed, asked me if I needed anything else and he rang my merchandise up right there. I believe his name was Brandon. The store manager is awesome.

Place was clean, great selection, bathrooms were clean, staff was kind.
It was an efficient trip with 2 kids which is rare!

The reason for my last visit was to pick up an online order. Even though the store is experiencing high volumes of pick-up orders, everything still ran very smoothly and any employees I interacted with were very friendly. All the items I needed were available, aside from one, which became unavailable after I ordered, but that item was very quickly shipped to me. Thank you!

Worked with Brian in the tech area to get new phones. It was the best experience we have ever had when getting new phones. He was able to answer all of our questions and was straight with us on everything. He was also working with Ben that day in electronics. While I was doing activation stuff with Brian, Ben helped my wife find the perfect case and screen protector. These two guys are exactly what good customer service is all about. I hope that their management see this so they get the credit they deserve.
