My wife had to get a new key made for her truck on Thursday. She noticed a truck on the lot that I might be interested in. I took a look on website and she was right. So I went to the dealership ship in the morning and the first person to meet me was Ben Rowan. I told him the truck I was looking at. So within 5 minutes I was test driving the truck. Returned back to dealership and told Ben I would like to buy the truck. Worked out financing and driving my new used truck home in just a few hours. Everyone there were fantastic.

My husband and I worked with Ben Rowan on a trade-in and new purchase. He took the time to make sure we understood the buying process and answered all of our thousands of questions. He was patient with us when things took longer than expected with our bank. We hope Elga and Feldman will work together in the future! Ben was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Joe Grant and Steve Szittle were excellent to work with on the purchase of my new Silverado. They made the process very simple and straightforward. I came in knowing what I wanted; they respected that and didn’t try to push anything I didn’t need. Joe had a couple trucks ready to go, waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. Leased my first Chevrolet vehicle in my 56 years of life tonight and I have to say, I could NOT BE MORE HAPPY WITH THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE! Worked with Mike Givens, and folks, honestly, if you want a great, smart, pleasant, kind person to buy/lease a car from, I highly recommend Mike. One of the absolute best experiences I have ever had getting a new car. Once we signed the paperwork, Mike spent all the time I needed with me, showing me everything about the car, setting up my phone, answering any questions and never once did I feel rushed. I truly felt that he was there to help me and provide me with a great experience.

As for the business end, I worked with Greg Moore. Again, absolutely fantastic experience. Greg went over every single page to sign, explained everything, answered every question, never tried to rush.... Cannot say enough good about Feldman Chevrolet, Mike Givens and Greg Moore. Also a huge shout out to their Sales Manager who stayed after hours to make sure I was happy, introduce himself and let me know if I ever had any issues, problems or questions, they were all there for me.

I had a great experience purchasing my new vehicle at Feldman Chevrolet of Highland. I reached out to them through their online chat with a question about a specific vehicle and was quickly connected with a salesperson. Koren was wonderful to work with via text and in person! When I arrived at the dealership the next day, she had all the information for the vehicle I initially inquired about ready for me. She answered all my questions, showed me several options in the two vehicles I was considering, and was very patient while I tried to decide. I really appreciate that Koren wanted to make sure I was happy with my decision and that I got the vehicle I wanted. Once I made a decision, the financing process went quickly and smoothly. I left the dealership very happy with my new blazer!

Tyler went above and beyond after trying several times to get what i wanted. The 2500s are hard to come by and eventually he was able to find one for me and got me a better deal than the dealerships around me. Get a quote from them before checking with anybody else. Also he didnt push any other sales stuff onto me like half the other salesman tried. I knew what i wanted and ge respected that.

So let me start off by saying, I don't like the hassle of buying a new car. I walked in with a vision, they made it happen. I didn't feel any pressure, the staff there was friendly and really helpful in getting a vehicle I love, not just like. 10/10 highly reccomend ❤ Look for Mike Anderson, he's good people and the whole team was absolutely phenomenal!
