It was Saturday, the day before new years eve 2023, they were very busy and it was getting close to closing time and I was feeling a new car couldn’t possibly happen in the short amount of time we had. They held their professional composure, were VERY patient with me (as I can be a bit picky) and somehow, with the rest of the LaFontaine crew, I was driving out at closing time with the PERFECT car for me! Repairs that I requested to be done were completed to my expectations. The team communicated well and I believe the repairs were properly performed. Time will tell as I've only had possession of the vehicle for 5 days and haven't had the opportunity to put it all to test yet. Overall though I'm satisfied with the services performed.

Literally the easiest & most convenient purchase I've ever made.... regardless of product. I can't believe how fast & practical everything was. I very much impressed by the process & how streamlined it was. I was able to do everything while never leaving my desk at work or missing any work in general. I've never had such a GREAT experience buying a car. Our salesperson, Samantha, was absolutely amazing throughout our 16 month order and our delivery. The showroom is beautiful. Everyone was so kind. It was a fabulous experience from start to finish. I'd totally go back!!

I purposefully make my appointments for Saturday as they seem to be faster to get the oil changed. However this last oil change they were especially expedient!!! I was in and out in a half hour! Owen was great in coordinating the appointment and staying on top of getting me out quickly.

I have not visited a car dealership for 8 years. So I was not sure what to expect. I know with the Internet and all available sites,, you can get a lot of information on vehicle prices, accidents and service. I was very fortunate to have visited the LaFontaine website to look at vehicles before I visited.

I met Michelle Hunt, she made the experience for me off the charts. No pressure gave me the numbers gave me all the details to make a decision. I asked her for the best price she gave it to me. I trusted that what she gave me was fair.
After we did the deal Michelle took me over to Stephen Hayward the F&I manager. He was very helpful. I bought an extended warranty

Simply an amazing dealership experience! I wish that I would have discovered LaFontaine Buick GMC Highland a long time ago. Our sales consultant, Raina Sulich, was so friendly and helpful, answered all of our questions and made us feel at home with no pressure at all. The dealership itself was a special experience! They actually have a bistro with *really* good food, and a small gift shop. I will recommend them to anyone I know looking for a car or truck.

I have had a great experience getting my past 2 leases at this location. Lance was very patient and helpful throughout the process. My past visits for service have also been great. They're also one of the only locations around who can offer rental vehicles if needed.

The issue with my vehicle was detected during the oil change and inspection. Rich set me up with an appointment to have it fixed and give me a loaner car. The part was back ordered and I ended up having to renew the loaner twice. It was seamless and made it so easy. Once my car was finished I dropped the loaner and Rich had everything waiting for me to sign and drive.

I would like to thank Anthony Sands and Kevin Bright. I purchased a 2015 Colorado and when I got it home noticed a oil leak from a hose. I purchased the Truck as is but when I called and explained the situation they asked me to bring it in and took care of the issue. Thank you very much for helping me out. Love the truck

I was pleased with the Mike Greenwald. He understood what I wanted and did not pressure me. I avoided oil changes at LaFontaine because I was uncomfortable with the pressure in the past. It took the exact time Mike estimated. I liked the video of the evaluation also. The coupon was the reason I came back, but the experience was very positive.

The salesperson did his best to find a vehicle that matched my choices. He made several vehicles available to test drive and worked with me to make some changes that resulted in my purchase. The technical person that walked me through all of the controls and features did an excellent job.

A very positive experience with LaFontaine Collision in Highland. Had to have door replaced due to pot-hole related damage. Mayah kept us informed, work is excellent, car returned beautifully detailed. Super nice, professional and friendly front office staff. Would definitely return if ever we needed to. We have always been treated respectfully by the LaFontaine group in leasing, purchasing and now collision work. All around, very happy with LaFontaine.

My experience was painless! The opposite as of we were expecting. Actually it was surprisingly delightful. I was able to shop, test drive and buy a car in 1.5 hour. Key info like price and financing was set very quickly, documents were sent digitally to sign later on during the day. No blue burro. To connect my vehicle, just my email was required, so easy!
