Jerome helped us find the perfect couch. No pressure, all info and assistance. It was so helpful to sit on each piece of furniture because you cannot do that ordering online. Great selection and good prices for quality items. Would go back here for another piece and send friends here too. Also, they delivered this in under 30 minutes!

Earlier this year, I bought my first sofa in many years at the 9th Street Designer Clearance. And I am very pleased. The sofa is large (I can take a nap on it) and comfortable. Although it can get a little lumpy looking, the lumps can be easily smoothed out.

I was unsure if I should buy the sofa "as is", but "all's well that end's well." And although I don't know if the $900 price constituted "clearance" cost, I am very pleased with my overall experience, including working with Jerome in the sale. I was also very pleased with the delivery man, Francisco, who was friendly and helpful, including in putting sliders on the sofa (for easy movement on my hardwood floor) and moving my large table into my bedroom.

Yep, Jerome and Mike are the superstars of the furniture world. When we arrived at the address, we almost didn’t walk up the steps because my partner had recent hip surgery, but he limped up, and we couldn’t be happier.

Jerome greeted and schmoozed us around the showroom, which has an abundance of unusual and exciting pieces- it seemed that it was more for his love of their furniture than trying to sell us anything. We’ve been looking for attractive, comfortable, sturdy, and affordable dining room chairs and found a vast selection. Two hours later, in addition to buying dining room chairs, we purchased side chairs and a large dining room table. I also kicked myself because they had a state of the art sleep sofa, and I had purchased a more ordinary one somewhere else six months ago.

In addition to fabulous furniture, customer service is unique. We bought the items weeks ago, and they are still graciously holding the table until we sell the one we had not planned on replacing. When you visit, check out Jerome’s designs! His glass table components are next on my list.

So, I decided to checkout some couch for my new apartment and I met Michael. He is so patient and helps you to find the right couch as per your specifications! I am glad, I went to this store. 9th Street Designer Clearance is a hidden gem - we moved into the neighborhood recently and were in the market for a couch in for our apartment which has a lot of open space and windows. Michael was came to our aid and was super friendly and helpful. He made the process really fun! We showed him some pictures of the place we are moving into and he had great tips on how to best make use of the space. We ended up with a really unique piece that we would have never considered before (we are calling it the “lego couch”) and we are so psyched to have it in our apartment! Also, the couch was a great bargain and had same day delivery with a team of very professional and efficient movers. Finding furniture can be stressful but this was a wonderful experience. We will definitely be finding excuses to come back. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience buying furniture for my apartment at 9th Street Designer Clearance! It is owned / run by Jerome and Michael, who are extremely genuine, friendly and knowledgeable guys. They guided me on how to best set up my apartment and were very genuine about wanting to help me build spaces that worked for me. I never once felt as though they were trying to push a sale.

Their furniture is high quality at a very reasonable price. I compared their furniture to other designer clearance stores in the area (which are all crazy expensive and not that great) and to other larger furniture stores liked Room & Board (which are in a similar place range, but much lower quality). In comparison to these other options and because Michael / Jerome are so great, I highly recommend 9th Street Designer Clearance!

Shopping at 9th Street Designer Clearance was an experience like no other! My mom and I decided to redecorate our great room and we felt super lost as which pieces to purchase and put together, and not only did Michael provide such beautiful and quality furniture pieces but also his expertise and advice on what looked best together. My wife Monica, spent over six months shopping for a sofa that was comfortable, stylish and of good quality. She found it at 9th Street Designer Clearance. What a find! As the name indicates, the showroom has an amazing selection of designer furniture at a real affordable prices.

Michael assisted Monica with the purchase. He made all the difference. He is very knowledgeable and helped her with the final selection. Naturally, given the size of the inventory, it was hard to make a final decision, so she went there several times within a period of three days; & Michael was very patient & let Monica sit around on the couches for as long as she wanted and let her talk his head off for hours.

After she made the purchase, she was not sure the couch would fit through the doors. Well, Michael guaranteed taking the couch back if it could not get through the doors. Needles to say, the delivery guys (I forgot their names), got the couch through all the doors without problems. We love our couch. It is beautiful and comfortable. Michael was very kind and very helpful. He made this purchase experience a lot less stressful to Monica & I. We both highly recommend the shop.
