Hampton Inn Summerville

I always stay at Hampton Inn when I travel for more than 30 years. Let me say this….. this Hotel is great. The cleaning staff have this place sparkling and smelling terrific. When you walk in the doors the clean smell hits you and every corner of this place is clean. There is not corners with dirt in them. I’ve looked.👀. I went downstairs to make coffee to bring back to my room and the attendant in the eating area ask if I would like a tray for my coffee. Everyone is so nice here and helpful. From the manager to the team hands down the best Hampton Inn I have stayed in. I’ve stayed in a lot of them across the USA. Great job Hampton Inn Summerville!!👍

Check in was super easy and very friendly. Elevators worked well. Everything was clean. Variety of coffee available.
Loved the cookies upon checking in.
Rooms were clean.
We did bring our small dog. They have a nice small area for pets with doggie bags to clean up after your pets.
The complimentary breakfast was very nice with waffle maker and toppings, instant grits and oatmeal, variety of cereal, sausage links and omelets, and more.
Barb the breakfast attendant was very friendly and made the morning delightful!
Lots of restaurants nearby to choose from.

I typically stay at a Hampton Inn when travelling. The Summerville, South Carolina hotel was a great stay! They have comfortable, clean, and quiet rooms. Hotel staff were very professional and helpful, especially Shawn and Mary Ann.

I am not one for staying in a hotel, but, this place is awesome. The employees were absolutely outstanding. My morning breakfasts were incomplete until the women that does the service came out with her amazing attitude and smile.

Honestly, this place was probably the best hotel I have stayed due to the staff.

BEST HOTEL IN THE SUMMERVILLE, CHARLESTON, SC AREA - HANDS DOWN! Stayed here for almost 6 weeks when had issues with apartment last year (9-10/2022) and got to know all of the staff, especially the ladies who run this place. Anytime I come back to this area, this is where I stay (moved back to NC recently and came back for a conference this past weekend). Also, met a lady who is currently living in the hotel due to her home burning down while she was at work (and lost everything). They take the time to get to know you and look out for you (especially when a single female traveling alone). Awesome people, clean and safe environment and always ready to assist with whatever need. See you ladies next time I visit!

This place has a ton of charm! The details from the coastal chic decor to the fresh flowers did not go unnoticed!

I had my reservation canceled by Homewood suites by Hilton while I was on a delayed flight, even though I had checked in the day before. Initially I was upset that we had to go to Hampton Inn because it was a last minute shift in plans at 10pm, but Shawn and the staff showed made the experience unforgettable. When we come back to visit family, we will stay here. Breakfast was consistent and different each morning. Rooms were quiet, beds were comfortable, and there was always hot water and water pressure. Situated on the better side of the highway when it comes to restaurants & small amenities like bottle water, snacks, and etc. Very pet friendly with potty areas with potty bags. Out 4lb teacup chihuahua loved it there.

We traveled to Summerville for a wedding. Our experience at this Hampton Inn was excellent. Everything was clean, the breakfast was great, and it was centrally located. I would recommend this Hampton Inn!

The front staff was very warm, welcoming and helpful. The gal at breakfast is amazing! She had everything stocked, clean but she offered great service. She engaged with my kids, and remembered us the next day.

The rooms were clean, and quiet. A great experience overall!

Booked this place on the way back from Florida and it was the best hotel we stayed in by far. Very clean rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff and free homemade cookies at check-in! Could not recommend more. A great value for the money.

stayed here a the other night. it a really well maintained property close to restaurants, shopping and I-26. the room was clean and really nicely furnished. every worker i ran into was very friendly and helpful. we plan on staying here again.

My sister and her husband were staying here. My husband and I met them here and were treated like royalty! Offered water even though we weren't paying guests and let us hang out in the lobby for a gab fest! Another Home Run for the Hilton gang!

Superb accomodation, comfortable, spacious and spotless room, so pleased we booked it after scrutinizing reviews for all the places in the area, this place came out tops.
Very comfortable bed, good quality pillows and bedding.
Great staff on reception.
Lots of nice touches throughout like iced water & tea near in the lobby.
Very smart and attractive throughout, nice to see photographs in the room that are relevant to the area.
Great location, free parking, easy walking distance to eateries.

Very clean. Front desk staff was nice. Breakfast lady was super nice..give her a raise! She's a worker!! When something was out, we didn't have to wait, she had another ready to go, no matter what it was.
Why is there no coffee at night? Other Hampton Inns have hot decaffeinated coffee in the lobby.
And our bed mattress needed to be updated. Sleeping on it, you can tell they just rotated the mattress. It's time for some memory foam mattresses.

No surprises here! When I was in sales in Western TN, I stayed at plenty Hampton Inn hotels. Now, with a wife and 3 year old, this was one of my first weekend visits. The hotel doesn’t disappoint and I received largely what I expected. Actually, I rate the value extremely high for this property.

Free [hot] breakfast is normally the standard, but was a luxury during this visit due to traveling post-pandemic and most hotels dialing back their amenities. Even the pool was open!

The staff was friendly and even went above and beyond some requests (like apple juice for my toddler). Again, it’s nice to see a happy/ accommodating staff in this post-pandemic world. There’s nothing that can be done about the relatively thin walls/ floors, but the hotel makes up for it in numerous ways.

My fiance had a business trip to train at Kion so the kiddos and I tagged along for a little vacation. I cant describe how surprised with how absolutely wonderful this hotel was. The room was so clean and beautifully decorated (impressed me, I am a visual merchandiser for a furniture store so I notice everything) I was so impressed by everything. The staff was amazing, the women who run the front desk are such a delight and extremely helpful. I will say that my favorite of all was Barb who runs breakfast. She was the most kind and caring woman I have probably ever met. She helped my children as if they were her own grandchildren, had conversations with us about life, and you could tell that she genuinely cared that we had an amazing stay here. When we come back for a more family vacation we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you all for the fantastic hospitality!

This is the cleanest Hampton we have ever had the privilege of staying. The room was immaculate. Whomever cleans here needs a raise! I am a clean OCD fanatic, and this place scored a 10 in my book. The service desk had a very friendly staff as well. Beautiful outdoor pool. The breakfast was amazing. The nice lady that prepared the food was top notch. Best hotel food I've ever had. Wonderful healthy selections as well. Smoothies, cold pressed juices, southwest eggs, and the list goes on and on. I just can't say enough about this place. We will stay here again!
