The photo staff was amazing! I put in an order that a different Walgreens wasn't able to fill. I called the Summerville Walgreens and Megan took care of my order in record time. Everything came out beautifully! I will definitely use the service again. Thank you Megan for your excellent customer service!

This is by far the best Walgreens I've been to in a while. Delivery is quick online pickup in store is fast. Very clean. Always great customer service experience. The other location in downtown Charleston is hideous.

I just have to take a moment and tell everyone how wonderful Stephanie in the photo department is! I have been going in nearly every day trying to get a particular picture just right - and Stephanie, every day, takes her time and even tries to fix the pictures herself to make them as perfect as possible! I hope Walgreen's knows what a great employee they have in her!! She has made my visits so wonderful and her kindness is bountiful!!

The staff at this pharmacy are extremely friendly and very helpful. I found Natasha to be very nice and helpful. Here at this Walgreens on N Main St the whole staff very were professional, courteous, kind and helpful with coupon cards and everything.

This is my favorite pharmacy. I tend to like Walgreens better than other pharmacies anyway, but this one is one of the best. The store staff & pharmacy staff is amazing. They are always kind, care about their customers, etc. I go in here at least once every 2 weeks for either my prescription or general stuff and they are consistently on top of it.

2018: The 2 stars are for floor staff. They deserve 5 but I don't want anyone to think the pharmacy deserves ANY. The female pharmacist is rude and uncaring. She's as antiseptic as the meds she fills. This pharmacy treats me like I am putting them out just by asking a question about my meds. This stores pharmacy needs an attitude training day. It's like they are only there for a paycheck and to heck with the people that make it possible for them to have a job. Walmart across the street has a 100% better attitude and don't charge anywhere near what this 24 hr. Walgreens charges. Shame on this Walgreens Pharmacy! EDIT: 7/13/2020 - I don't know what took place but the atmosphere is so much better in the RX dept. I am so glad. I shop here, have meds filled here and I am glad they are kind and attentive to your needs now. Well done! Adjust the stars!

Great service a lady named Jennifer helped me get my medicine. It took a little but I could tell they were under staffed. I got both vaccines there for COVID and funny enough Jennifer gave them to me. Thank you for supplying hundreds of people their medicine without you guys so many ppl will be sick

I've been coming to this location for years. The staff and pharmacy attendants are always very nice and helpful. They always seem to have what I need in a pinch and there is usually a coupon I don't know about that the cashier finds for me! They can be a bit busy at peak times, so expect to wait a minute.

Great location and a great store to pick up the essentials

I'm a cancer survivor. I see a lot of doctors and dealt with a lot of pharmacist and pharmacy tech. I have to say Jenifer thank you for taking the time out to talk to me ad work out the insurance problems out. See I been around the block because of cancer. Its hard being as happy as she was to resolve my issue. Think about it ppl have spent there whole day at a doctors office to hear bad news. Or at the hospital for the unfortunate thing that happened to them. But Jennifer is always happy to help. She truly cares about ppl. So thank you Jenifer. You are awesome. Btw ppl its hard doing there job. Imagine you were on the front line dealing with covid. They have been there for all of us. Imagine if this was your job. You would have bailed from fear. But they are still working for less money then they should get. Just to help you. So if you leave a bad review you're probably not thinking about what they do every day forus. Thank you so much Jennifer you are awsome.

Been using the pharmacy for years. Overnight staff is outstanding, and for that matter so is the day crew. Only in America could I get my vitamins, Viagra, Victoza and Vicodin with a bottle of wine and candy too at three in the morning, all with service with a smile.

Call the pharmacy and no answer, recording said please hold and whatever else been on hold 30 mins and still on hold as I'm leaving this review!! Then someone picks up and you hear talking and then they place the call back on hold 😔 Overall there their normally okay.

This store is always stocked with the products I need. The staff there are always so very friendly and helpful too.
