This was my first time coming to the store and I came in with low expectations because of the reviews, however; I was amazed by the customer service, this very nice associate Kaida was happy to walk me through the store and show me where everything was. Very sweet and and helpful, I’ll definitely will be coming.

FULL of stock! They have new stock in every section, lots of great gift options for everyone. This is the ONLY store in the Charleston area that has SELF CHECKOUT! It's a new trial....and there is an employee to remove any alarm tags. It is sooooooo much faster!!

One of my favorite spots to bargain shop!

Been going to this location for 3 years. Wasn't very happy in the beginning but this last year has drastically changed...for the better. Cashiers NOW are always friendly, store is very clean with stocked shelves. Love the new self checkout! Reasonable prices by far...best location to date.

Haven't been in a while and it was nice to see they have self checkout. Lines weren't long & every employee I came across was nice

My husband had to go to a rehab/convenient home due to a very serious 2nd stroke. We had been going to here getting much needed items before & at excellent prices.. But now all of a sudden I had to get him everything to go there! But they had what he needed & more! I've run into family & friends there, plus I've met some awesome staff & customers there! I love going to this store! You can always find some great deals & like me go overboard on your shopping!

Store was neat but the staff was very unprofessional. There were at least 8 associates including 2 LP people just standing and talking at customer service desk. No help on floor, noone greeted me and didnt speak when i got to register. Ive Managed retail stores forvyears and I would fire the entire staff.

This is my favorite store. You always find something different & unique for such a reduced price & it’s the only place that I know of that I can periodically find size 15 shoes for my son in an actual physical store!

Wide selection of items! Only two things I disliked about it is cluttered clothing racks. Discourages me from looking thru any stores racks. The line was wrapped around the store.. cashiers that were there handled it well and kept line moving pretty quickly! Give those workers a raise!!! Quick idea maybe put in some self checkout lanes.
