Giving a big shout out to Angela, I believe she's a manager at the North Charleston location and the guy with the cool dreads from the computer section that help me out quite a bit. I was looking for a camera and tripod package deal. Even though their inventory and online said it both items were in stock, they were unable to locate the tripod. Normally that would be a huge bummer, but I can't fault them for the extensive search party they led to attempt to locate what I was wanting to buy. In the end, I was able to same-day purchase the camera I wanted but the partnering tripod was MIA. Since it was a package deal, Angela made sure I got the discount and had the tripod shipped for free to my house. It was received 3 days later, ordered on Saturday got it on Tuesday.

Superb customer service, big kudos to Angela and I really wish I would have gotten the other guy's name, (dark skin, dreads, in computer area on 3/9/24) he was awesome too.

I had an amazing experience at Best Buy! My associate Katie was the best, and the manager Daniel was awesome as well.

I came in needing help with a computer for college, and I don't know a thing about electronics now! It's been so long since I've been in school. She was patient with me and listened to my need. We found what I needed and under my budget!!
By far, I would recommend Best Buy!

JaCorey is very helpful and diligent! He knows what he’s talking about and is very familiar with the store. I came in, in a rush and was able to take me exactly to the product I needed and showed me various options to buy. It made my trip there quick and enjoyable. I will definitely be back!

When you come in this store you ask for Bella and only Bella she is the most helpful customer representative I have ever met. Within 10 mins we were in and out but it would have been 2 mins if not for the line which is completely normal! Thanks Bella! You're the best!.

Great buy two new tablets for $500 IPAD and Galaxy. Store was clean and organized. Good selection of products in stock. The gentleman that assisted us was very professional and knowledgeable. I have never felt the need to review a Best Buy before but I feel like this employee went above and beyond to help my wife understand how big the TVs were that we were discussing he was absolutely a delight. Employees like this are needed and needed badly.

I am writing this review today simply to commend the store manager, Jordan, for his professionalism in handling a stocking discrepancy. Numerous times I have been in this location and the items were not in the correct spots with their designated price tags. Unable to crack their inventory codes, I took my items to the counter to pay only to be told their price did not match. I assumed it was other consumers moving the products around and just accepted. It was not until I needed an item out of a locked case and realized several were not in their dedicated spots that I requested a manager. After some deliberation he took responsibility for his employees, rectified the situation, and maintained a happy valued customer.

The staff here offers great advice on purchasing appliances. They had a surprising amount of inventory and selection of refrigerators. I never thought to look here but I'm glad we ran across them. Great warranty option as well.

UPDATE: It’s been almost a year. I’d stopped shopping at this Best Buy all together, but, about a month ago I needed something for work and I dropped in, and I met Daniel. He had a happy, helpful, and kind energy about him. The attitude of the staff is so much better, they are helpful and kind. The store is clean and organized. Today I wanted to buy a Sonos Beam, they were sold out but the sales associate Daniel found an open box for me. While I am still not happy with the route Best Buy is taking towards its loyal customer base, I am happy they have Daniel and his crew, and Daniel too. I like to touch and tinker with tech before I commit, and now even though I’m not happy with Best Buy overall, I’m happy I have a place to go where I feel comfortable and the associates are looking out for me.

I’ve been loyal to Best Buy for decades. This store is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’ve attempted numerous times to purchase items, and sadly only had one good experience. The sales staff is less than helpful, not friendly, and lack product knowledge. Their standard response is “NO,” not “Let me find out.” Today I had the displeasure of dealing with the store manager Calvin, he went out of his way to assure a miserable shopping experience. They argue semantics of their policies just to argue, and I’ve witnessed the staff mocking customers over the radios. They ignore the benefits provided by the total tech membership. This was the last straw for me with this store. The store is cluttered, disorganized, and the staff is just atrocious. Avoid this location, go to another store, you’re going to regret spending your money here.

This review has everything to do with my experience with The Geek Squad.
I arrived at 2 pm expecting to see a bevy of prior appointments in the waiting line but none existed. Being the next in line with no appointments due for the next hour, JEFF chose to work on my issue. He took the time necessary to understand my problem and painstakingly showed me all the steps necessary to resolve the issue without separating me from my wallet or taking my computer from me for a finite period. JEFF, for the reason described, has earned a 5+++ rating for his willingness to keep his customers happy and, in my case, he most certainly did?
