Everyone was just so polite and considerate and very helpful :)... And the store was very clean and organized :)... They had some good sales that week and my friend bought a hand tool that was $120 and I'd bought a few nice plants that had been on clearance as well :)... We'd had a wonderful time at Lowe's:)... And just to say thank you to whomever decides to give the plants and people like me a second chance to be given a good chance to live :)...
So I'd also like to thank the employees that day for being helpful and nice :)... Sincerely ETA 😉♥🌴🌼🌻🏵🌷🥀. Oh and we are happy to say that the tool that my friend bought is working well and my plants are happy 😊

We came in today to schedule someone to come out and measure for a new storm door to be installed. We received the best customer service from Donald Boillard, he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and and took care of everything we needed including showing us a variety of storm door selections. Mr. Boillard is an asset to your company and we would recommend him highly to anyone without hesitation.

Customer service reps, sales floor staff, cashiers - all were extremely helpful; from getting me to the section of store I needed, or providing info about products and /or which items most beneficial to use for my projects - so incredibly knowledgeable & helpful ! Friendly, too. Which was nice!

I make a number of different uniquely crafted and customizable wooden items. All of my lumber comes from Lowes. They have a great selection.

Mrs Toni was awesome and very helpful today with locating a Christmas cactus for one of my patients. I'm very thankful and appreciative of her for taking the time.

This is our go-to Lowe's in Summerville. We usually don't leave without what we need. This is a large store and so much to choose from. It's always super busy when it finally warms up in SC and usually doesn't slow down. They have a large section of plants to choose from when you're ready to get your green thumb going. During the winter around Christmas you can get fresh trees and Christmas decorations. They also have a good assortment of Halloween decorations around Halloween. They do offer a military discount but inly through your myLowes card. You will need to have this setup before using it. You can look up your myLowes card by phone number. It is a dog friendly store too as long as they are on a leash or restrained such as a dog kennel.

Staff is very helpful. They were out of the type wood needed but helped us find some even better than what we wanted

Good people work here. Actually employees have gone out of the way to help me find what I came to look for.

I feel this guilt that my home needs improving when I walk around, but a good selection and friendly staff nonetheless.

As usual LOWES is my go to place for most my home Improvement needs!. Just went and loaded up all the materials needed for this 1st phase of my project. As always Peter was very helpful courteous and professional in handling my needs

I needed two light bulbs and they had them. I was in and out of the store quickly. The self checkout cashier was very helpful. I would recommend going to this Lowe's.

Took a trip today to get flooring as I just purchased my first home in September. Karen helped me in the flooring department, and she was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable about each brand and type of flooring that I asked about, and also was helped me point out all the deals! I was shopping with my parents as well as my antsy 3 year old, and she was so helpful and kind during our entire trip. She even helped my dad load his vehicle with all of the flooring. Caleb was also super helpful as well! There was also a super sweet lady in the paint department, I wish I would have gotten her name so I could commend her as well. Overall a great location!

My husband ordered a Ryobi 3/8 impact drill on line and we picked it up at the HD on 17A. When we got it home we found out the rechargeable battery would not take a charge. The next day we took it back only to get the run around we didn't want. After a lot of discussion from several people at customer service, we finally got a man who KNEW what great customer service was all about. He gave us a good battery off the floor and took the defective battery to send back. It's all about GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE 👍

I go the store regularly. Usually for gardening and home repair items. The staff are generous with their time in assisting me with whatever needs I come to the store with. And my son likes the place as well, as you can tell.

Quick checkout, two nice employees got me exactly where I needed to be to find what I needed.

The employees are helpful and friendly here! I needed a new washer for my showerhead and I was having a difficult time finding the correct size for it. One of the gentlemen who works there had seen the look of frustration on my face and walked over to help me. He opens a brand-new showerhead (the exact one I have at home) takes the washer out of it, and handing it to me at no extra cost! It was extremely nice of him to do that! I am forever grateful to him for the time in which he saved me from having to try and locate one. I'll always be a loyal customer because of his simple and kind gesture!

Helpful staff everywhere. I was looking for a new kitchen and one guy directed me to the correct location. And while I was comparing then another guy asked what I needed. I showed him a photo of what I needed to replace and he explained which would work for my kitchen sink set-up. Great service.
