Kohl's

I was in this past Saturday looking for a certain vacuum, sadly none were on the floor. I found an associate who was somewhere else and she stopped what she was doing, looked in the back and found it for me! This woman was beyond kind and helpful I am so mad I didn’t catch her name! But she was my hero! A real gem

Got a 200 dollar coffee pot and took it back because the vendor required specific pods. No problem for Kohls. They had another one that works fine for me at half the price. Unbelievable discounts. Nice folks there. The place is big and very busy. Long checkout line but moved quickly.

I enjoy going to Kohl's in Summerville. The store is always organized and well stocked. The lines move pretty quickly. They now have self checkout registers. The prices are always reasonable and many times you receive an additional discount. Kohl's is an affordable place to shop.

Very clean, organized store. Beautiful merchandise, nice store decorations (since it was Christmas, it is Christmas themed). Great sales, and the very enticing Kohl's cash. You save money on sales that they have all over the store and get $10 kohls cash back when you spend $50. I actually went a few times today to get a few more of the items I bought for my sons, because the quality is great, as well as the sales price. Half off the regular price, plus kohls cash after I pay, for next time I go shopping. Just make sure from what date the Kohl's cash is valid, it's always a few days after you shop, and it's good for several days, or a week, I'm not exatly sure. But it says it very clearly on the kohls cash/ coupon.

I must give lots of credit to the Kohls employees. Want to give a shout out to our store associate Amurie and her manager, Terry. They helped navigate my app on my phone, very patient and kinda. Thank you

I love Kohls, and this location is as well kept and friendly as my local store. (West Ashley Charleston SC) My last visit to this store was not as satisfying as my past visits to either location due to the new self check out kiosks. Personally, I find the traditional human check out to be one of the best features of Kohls stores. The humans are faster, friendlier, AND they make sure to apply all of my Kohls cash. I had $35 on my last visit loaded to my app in the new Kohl's "pay" feature. None of it applied to my purchase, and I had left before I noticed. Hopefully, the self check out is experimental and will be removed.

I stopped by Kohl’s to shop for a coat and Kim went above and beyond to help! She is such a kind soul and made my experience effortless. Will definitely be shopping at this location from now on.

Awesome store! Love shopping here. Clean, Friendly Associates, and always find more than I need.

If I could give Kara and Chris (cashier) more than five stars, I would! Their customer service is outstanding. How fortunate Kohl's is to have theses two associates at their Summerville, SC location!

Kohls seem to be a lot more organized this year than last year. It seems to be cleaner I do not like that Sephora I’m sorry you took the jewelry out but the associate that checked us out was a high schooler and she was wonderful wonderful she was so nice and I wish I could’ve given her a tip that of course she wouldn’t take it, everyone there at Kohls seem to be very very cheerful .

The visit was positive, clean and the place has aLots of men's cloths. They have a big n tall section, I'd like to see bigger brand selection and larger sizes with their men's jeans. Now it's time for lunch!

Susan gave me excellent advice on my foundation shade and was so patient with me while I decided, swatching several options for me. My shopping experience was exceptional

These employees are wonderful! I was looking for a specific item, and the employee knew right where it was. Checkout was easy too.

I was sent an email to pick up my order from the store. I went there and they couldn’t find my order. Lisa,( the store manager) found out that it had been shipped to California. When she looked over my entire order she discovered that it was all wrong and took the time and patience to straighten it out. She was extremely knowledgeable and very personable! I so appreciated everything she did for me. Thank you!

As always it’s a pleasure shopping at Kohl’s, They always have amazing sales. The associates are always friendly and willing to assist you. Kohl’s in Summerville Sc is definitely my go to spot.

Kohls is by far the best department store for your money…it’s the friendliest and cleanest store . Many clearance sections too…they added new self checkouts….My daughters and I love Kohls!

It's been awhile since shopping at Kohl's, they now have self check out which is good, their lines get very long during the holiday season.

My daughter and I went in on my birthday. She found a perfect camp shirt for me that was on sale half price. When we checked out she used her Kohl's Cash points and my perfect gift was free! That is wonderful. The store is clean and quiet. I love Kohl's.
