This place was a favorite. We loved it so much we not only ate brunch , we came back for a lovely diner the same night . We are very picky and am thankful we discovered this incredible delicious and healthy food.

I’ve been coming here for a little over 2 years and I absolutely love this spot! I always receive the best food and service. The overall aesthetic of this restaurant is unique, modern, artistic, and cozy. I love the sunroom and I found out today it can be available for occasions! Thank you so much to manager Ryan who always takes great care of us and our waitress Emily for great service! If you’re looking for a fun brunch spot, I would HIGHLY recommend!!

The cutest spot ever. The food was simply amazing. If you look at the pics we had some of everything. The customer service was great and the food was on point. I highly recommend this place. Eat here you won't be disappointed. Five stars across the board. 👌🏾

Went for a birthday brunch, and everyone was sooo nice! Our server was a whole vibe. I can't think of her name, but she has some pretty cool face piercings! She helped with out drink and food selections and is just a totally good person. I'd come again. But if you are not a drinker, beware of the mimosas! Don't be like me and drink a while pitcher! Just get one glass, I promise that is all you will need! Lol. Go check them out.

Great lunch spot! The BLT is my favorite. Soups are really good too. We haven't had bad service yet. I recommend trying them out if you looking for a good lunch. I am sure their dinner menu is great too but we haven't tried it.

We had a wonderful meal here. The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was unique and delicious, and the prices were about what you would expect. We really appreciated the atmosphere and the service above all else! Just a great business.

We ordered the tomato tarragon and crab meat soup (a special for the day) and two sandwiches (a turkey with cranberry and cream cheese, arugula, tomato, onions; and a roast beef with horseradish mayo, tomato, onions, arugula, and aged cheese). Everything felt so fresh. Ingredients were high-quality, and you could tell. The meat wasn't just deli meat - it was the real thing, you know? The sandwiches were even served with homemade pickles on the side.

We were impressed! Everything was great - and served in a timely manner. The kind of food you'll find yourself craving later. We just moved to the area and look forward to this becoming a regular spot for us.

Oh, and my husband said to add that they also have great coffee. 🙃

Went here today just to try something different. Wasn’t sure about the place pulling in the parking lot, but I quickly changed my mind with the 1st dish! The food was AMAZING! The flavors! OMG so good! This is one of those restaurants I’d write home about! HANDS DOWN MUST TRY!! ( I never leave reviews, but this place earned every star of one! )

One of the best restaurants I have been too in a long time!!!!!!! It serves fresh high level sandwiches and salads and local beer options on tap and in can. We sat on the porch (wrap around) which has ceiling fans, additional outside seating is in the rear and a half closed in porch . Ordered the 1/2 turkey sandwich on rye 1/2 spinach salad with the white balsamic, the chefs special grilled chicken sandwich on a baguette with broccoli. Of course my daughter had the pbj. Stephanie made us feel like she actually liked her job and enjoyed our company. Also the 3 Layer Chocolate cake was Devine! We are so glad we stopped into Summerville for lunch. The atmosphere is like dining in an old southern home with a big porch and a great Chef.

What a great place. It was busy. However, server was quick with everything. The food took a while which made sense with how busy it was. Gluten free options galore and it tasted amazing. Pickles were strangely superb and had me wanting extra! I will have to make this a frequent spot.

Great food and even better service! Visiting the Summerville area for a week (from NY) and have stopped into this place several times during our stay. Can't go wrong on any item here, everything is delicious. Highly recommend leaving room for dessert ;)

Amazing service! The person serving us was amazing and super quick with our orders, the food was heavenly. The BLT was good, perfect even and the soup was even better! The chocolate cake is a must try as well, if you ever go to eat out for lunch I strongly encourage and recommend coming to here!

Food is always a fresh and delicious. We’ve gotten take out and dined in and the food is always great. They’ve got a great staff. Ashley at the bar always goes above and beyond! Love this place!

I'm not a big sandwich person, but they really have great options for everyone! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will be back again! New favorite place in town. Great food and great drinks! I'd recommend the Summerville Vibe!

Wow, this was our second choice as our first choice had a line out the front door... VERY glad we did. Our waitress, Rita, was very nice and mentioned her favorite items and dressings for the salads. The portions were perfect size, and the Brussel sprouts appetizer... phenomenal. One might get discouraged with a small or limited menu items, but with the limited menu, the chef is able to perfect flavour combinations and knows exactly how to marry the flavours of his ingredients. I am so glad the other place had a long wait to enjoy this place! It is well worth the wait or drive.

I went for lunch with a friend that’s lived here for a very long time, myself only 2 years. It is legit an old house made into a restaurant. We were promptly greeted nicely when we stepped inside. I admit I was not excited about where we sat but it was only two of us and where we sat felt random (a smaller table with two chairs by the fireplace to the right). I felt exposed if that makes sense. But after sitting for a minute, I really did feel cozy and comfortable. Our server was a gem! She had recommendations for us, was extremely friendly, festive (she had Christmas tree earrings that barely didn’t touch her shoulders) but I cannot remember her name (I’m sorry! Know you were fantastic though!). She didn’t even write down our orders and everything came out with modifications. So amazing in itself! Anyone see the movie Waiting? The best server. She had a genuine smile too which made you feel welcome. She was attentive but not intrusive. The food… SO GOOD!!!!! I had the arugula salad and half a chicken salad sandwich… I couldn’t believe I felt full after just half a salad (about $8 for half a big plate). Look, all, not only was the food healthy but dang good delicious! I can’t wait to take my husband! And FYI… the kid menu sounded so delicious I almost orders off it. It was such a delightful experience!

My wife and I’ve gone to five loaves Café several times since moving to Summerville South Carolina. The brunch is amazing but we enjoyed going for dinner. We’ve had several items off the menu each time we go the chef has a few specials of the day, an appetizer and entrée, a soup, etc., this last time we went, we took the pictures after we dug in because the food looks so good. My wife’s love the cheese tortellini which she was able to add a protein to. I believe the choices were shrimp or chicken, She chose the chicken. I tasted. It seemed like the pasta was homemade. In short, it was fabulous. The sirloin was particularly well done garlic mashed potatoes are awesome. We love this place because it is a quaint atmosphere and seems to have a personal touch if you were in Summerville South Carolina I highly recommend trying this restaurant. Don’t make the mistake and pass on the soup. They all are fabulous.

Friendly staff. Greeted right when we came in. Pleasant atmosphere. Seated right away with no wait even though busy. Waitress was very knowledgeable about menu items. Great recommendations from her. The appetizers were amazing, the soups made in house fresh with a many local fresh ingredients we learned as possible. Now everywhere I go shrimp is cooked decent atleast. Some good. The chef here cooked the shrimp appetizer to perfection. The shrimp was deveined, perfectly seared. Not a hint of rubber when just over done or over done, they were not undercooked and slimy. They were when I say the most perfectly cooked shrimp I have ever had, the best.
Our food all came out hot and delicious. The chef had 2 special, a beautifully cooked catfish over fettuccine Alfredo and beef stroganoff. This is easily one of our favorite restaurants in Summerville.

Now their desserts are not in house but from saffron's downtown Charleston. I have to say, I'm not a fan of any dessert with shaved coconut on it but the coconut cake they had there I would order and absolutely eat. I tried it and it melted in my mouth and sweet but not overly sweet. This goes wonderful with a cup of their coffee by the way.

Absolutely amazing food for a reasonable price. The atmosphere is phenomenal and super neat, and clean. We got there at 4:00pm to get in line for dinner services and we weren't the first ones in line even, but once they opened the doors we were seated and served drinks almost immidiatly. They also gave my girlfriend and I both a free dessert since our birthdays were both this weekend! Will definitely be returning in the future.

Had a great dinner last night. Service was attentive and very helpful. Lived the pork tenderloin.

I've been here multiple times now. Always a solid 5 Stars! Once, we all ordered chicken and waffles, then asked them to bring it our on serving platters. They did! They're all so cool.
