Had a very pleasant experience as always! Even went to the optometry section and got a new prescription glasses. Took my insurance and saved half. Then I perused the store for items at a good price.

Target is a very nice store. It's clean and the associates are very nice. I went to the electronics department and, although they couldn't help me with my phone, they tried and gave me some good advice.

Excellent store, I found absolutely everything I needed there. Very nice atmosphere!

We were looking for a good, not expensive, hair clipper. We were impressed with the selection of both brands and models within the various brand names. We settled on a Wahl. We have used it twice and it was sharp & easy to use. We trimmed nose hairs & the neck line. I liked how easy it was to use & he liked how it got all those stray hairs. Sure glad that's 1 thing I don't have to shave!

I have to give a loud shout-out to the tech's at the electronics dept. Got me out of a mess and explained the equipment's limitations.

They actually give cash back and have exactly what I'm looking for

Hands down my FAVORITE Target in the peninsula of Charleston. It’s such a vibrant location with jovial front end associates.

So I have a birthday coming up for my daughter that’s unfortunately just a week away from Christmas. With that being said, she badly wants a popular toy that is next to impossible to find in stock anywhere or online right now. I decided on a whim to try this particular Target location. Of course I saw the toy was out of stock. So before I left I took a shot and asked one of the staff if there was anything I could do to reserve the toy when they got it in. He said no but was going to check on something after checking his stock online. After awhile of waiting, two young ladies approached me and asked if I’ve been helped. I explained to them the situation. One of them whom I wish I got her name. But she was a very attractive girl with Mickey ears on checked their app as well and found that they just had some of the toys I was like for that just got shipped in. However they have not gone through the pallets yet. She told me to hang on. She went through the shipments and found an unmarked box with the toy I was looking for and brought it to me. She had such a bright smile on her face. This young woman will never understand just how much her efforts mean to me! She helped me to give my daughter a very happy birthday! This young woman deserves a promotion or a raise! Thank you so much! I wish I got your name! I was just so overwhelmed with gratitude I didn’t think to ask. You’re customer service does not go recognized!

I love this Target. Selection is wonderful. Place is clean. Staff is helpful.

I went in to exchange a toy I bought for my son. The woman who was taking care of me at the customer service desk was absolutely amazing. She was wearing glasses had dark hair and had a red shirt on that said love is love. She was so polite extremely helpful and quick and efficient. She had a wonderful attitude I don’t remember her name but please give this woman a raise. She was wonderful.

Most all, if not all, registers are open when it's busy! Helps move the lines along.

We always go through self-checkout but tonight we went to a cashier and we are very glad we did. Our cashier was very friendly and made our day better! He was absolutely amazing and knew had to talk to people! Wish more cashiers were like him! His name started with a J, I believe it was John but not entirely sure.

Target always has the Ms Myers cleaning products that I love!!!

I want to take a moment to brag on the team at Target! We were going through the line to check out and Craig was absolutely wonderful and is such a gem. He caught wind it was my birthday and let the whole front end staff know who in return made me feel extra special. They all sang Happy Birthday to me and danced with me. It was truly amazing! Now let’s talk about Shelby! She is the GSA on duty last night. Y’all when I say people are good, these two gems right here deserve nothing less than happiness. The kindness, and selflessness they both shown was above and beyond for me.

Clean and well stocked! Customer service was great. I needed help finding a product and instead of just pointing to where it would be, the team member took me to the aisle. Definitely not expected! 5 Stars!
