Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

It’s been a minute since my mom and I been to Perkins. Which made me realize how much I missed there food. Our waitress was really nice I think the only thing that bothered me was. When it was time to pay for the food after we finished. I waited at the front desk for about 15-20min and older gentlemen walked beside me. So one of the ladies aided to him first then myself. I was speechless but Luckly it didn’t bother me because I do have patience. But if it was someone else I wish they would have at least have more staff up front then just one.

Everything was great! Flavor, freshness, service. One of the few places where the food in person looks exactly how it does on the menu.

Yesterday was my first time trying Perkins, and I just say it was an excellent experience! First off, the customer service was amazing from the moment I walked in they acknowledged me and took care of my needs! The wait for my delicious breakfast wasn’t long at all and the waitress/waiter and cashiers were very concerned and nice as well! It was my birthday and one of workers sing Happy Birthday to me and it just made my day!This place has a bakery too and the desserts are amazing and it is one of the best places I’ve had breakfast at since living here!

First time trying this restaurant. Greeted as we walked in. Had to wait a few minutes to be seated as it was busy for breakfast. I can see why. The food was great. My husband tried the maple bacon Pancakes and they were really good! I can't remember what my breakfast was called but it was the sausage biscuit with white gravy on top and came with two eggs and bacon. Really enjoyed it but we had to get to go boxes. Waitress was very attentive and nice. Will definitely come back!

Great location for a quiet brunch. The food selection is fantastic; something for everyone's taste.
I had the senior French toast with syrup and sausages. My partner had the two egg omelette with a cranberry muffin. Can not imagine a better way to start the day.
We were there at 10 AM. Great time. They were not busy. Seated immediately.

Went for breakfast on Sunday morning while on vacation! Couldn't ask for a better southern home feeling!

We love this Perkins !! We have been coming here for a long time, but we live on James Island so not as often as we used to. The food is always great and the desserts and bakery items are wonderful. The wait staff is personable and professional. The manager, Elke is always been warm and welcoming. It is like going home again and worth the drive.

Went for breakfast while our car was being serviced at Midus and Im glad we did. We haven't been in Perkins in years but we saw the crowd and decided to see what it was hitting for. Food was delicious and the service was great.

Oh my oooie goose goodness. Best part of being an adult is eating dessert before breakfast. I had no idea how warm, flaky fresh my strawberry cream cheese crisper were going to be... best adult decision today! Geneva was on point in service. #DINNINGWITHDARRELL

I’d like to give special recognition to Evening Manager Marquis Dudley. I came in today because I was charged twice for my family’s Thanksgiving Day dinner due to a cash register/computer glitch and he took the time to call corporate and go through the proper channels and steps to get me a refund which took about 30 minutes of his time to do so. I greatly appreciate his fantastic customer service, pleasant demeanor and his willingness to go through the steps needed to take care of this problem - thank you so much Mr. Dudley.

It was good. Not a lot of vegan options. Their fresh muffins are really, especially the strawberry cheesecake muffin. Also, I purchase the Hawaiian muffin however I have not tasted it yet. I'll keep you posted.

We are in love with this place! Brandon is just phenomenal, he’s a great server, always takes care of his tables and customers, and he is on top of his game! Food is always great and he makes sure customers are satisfied, providing excellent service and recommendations! ✨🌟✨⭐✨🌟✨

their muffins are fluffy and moist, and cookies are slightly chewy. We always want to get a pie/cake but always end up too full from all the yummy food!!

Came in about 6pm for dinner. Restaurant wasn't busy. We where setted in a timely manner. Waitress took our drink order. We ordered 1 pork chops dinner, 1 order of kids French toast, mashed potatoes and the turkey dinner. Pork chops where over done.y turkey dinner had green beans on the plate that I hadn't ordered. My order was for mashed potatoes, gravy, corn and extra gravy. Mashed potatoes came late. Turkey and dressing was dry. I have NEVER had such poor service and food. I'm very dissatisfied.

A very friendly, clean and classic restaurant. The potato pancakes with sour cream and apple sauce were divine!

Everyone is always so friendly! I have eaten here twice, and the food has been very good. I would rather eat here than the other big-chain breakfast place in town, HANDS DOWN. Better food, better people.

The sweet tea was not what I was expecting..too watery and thinas well as cloudy; exchanged for fruit drink.. also I didn't like the version dinner of FISH &CHIPS(small bite size) Was my first time in the area restaurant. Next time I will try a different dinner selection.

2nd time eating at a Perkins, first time was in Florida. Another fantastic breakfast. Great selections on the menu and outstanding wait staff.

It has been years since we ate here and it didn't disappoint. The food was delicious and fresh. Our waitress was attentive and answered all our questions. Definitely gonna go back.
