Walmart Supercenter

I visited the pharmacy to pickup a prescription. Staff has been always friendly and prescriptions have always been ready when promised. And most times not a long wait time either.

On 02/27/2024, I did not get the last names but I must give 5 stars (wish I could give a thousand) for outstanding customer service, compassion, and concern as they both went above and beyond to assist me with an issue that I had regarding electronics. In a world of uncertainty and a lack of compassion for others, these 2 ladies showed me something you just don't see in these days and times. They both deserve recognition and compensation and because of them I will always shop Walmart store# 1037!!!! MAUREEN & LACHARME, LUNCH ON ME AS SOON AS I CAN VERIFY YOUR NEXT SHIFT TOGETHER!!!!

Walmart is losing its mind. It was so busy. Lines were wrapped around the clothing, and yet all they had was self checkouts and 1 cashier. People with their carts over flowing with groceries in self check outs take forever. As much money as walmart rakes in, you'd think they could do better. It's awful sometimes. I'd rather pay higher prices else where than to deal with that craziness.

I watched as an elderly woman, who was pushing a heavy cart, approached two young employees. She told them she couldn't find her car. They stopped what they were engaged in doing, and came to her aid. The young men gained my respect by taking her shopping car for her and began looking for her car with her. I hope their employer knows that they didn't shirk their duties but were engaged in something much more important. My hat is off to these gentlemen, and the values that this Walmart encourages.

I had cerebrovascular surgery and the surgeon forgot to give me pain meds he soon did. But I was taking a milder form of pain meds before this surgery. I want to thank Nicholas he was not letting me leave without getting me the meds I needed it's like he saw in my face the pain I was in Thank you so much Nicholas for helping me. me and getting me... feeling somewhat better now ...

Went inside to purchase a few things and I had a great experience with one of the workers. I wish I would have gotten her name. She had the best sense of humor at the self checkout area. I will be back for my paycheck since I work at Walmart now. Lol

I love that there's a lot of options. This particular Walmart is better than the rest. They have everything I want, usually, but if not there's a good alternative.

Store was perfect! Parking lot was dangerous. Too many scammers out roaming, don't let your wife go alone.

They did a fabulous job on the reset, the people are friendly and helpful especially the Pharmacy Manager she went out of her way to help

This is a nice Walmart compared to the normal ones. They’ve got displays and everything is set up nice it’s basically the fancier Walmart just like the fancier targets. This location is pretty good!

It was good. It was busy. I found everything ok. We priced the same item at Best Buy and Best Buy was cheaper. Who would have thought Best Buy was cheaper than Walmart.

Love the new layout matching most walmarts. Just wish the stock for Asian and gluten free food wasn't so slim

This store is well organized and stocked. Most Walmart locations are junky and empty. This location is the complete opposite. Too bad I don't live closer to this store.

Found what I needed and didn't spend alot of time in check out line

I love going there because of a wonderful worker named Lizzy has an amazing personality and it is a joy to go there because she's there

Product received from unknown vender...able 2 return ASAP. EXCELLENT customer service...

After having to chase my tail at 2 other locations (Centre Pt & Rivers Ave). The staff here was friendly and treated me like actually didn't mind helping me. The store is a work in progress right now but the ppl are helpful.

Staff has been really nice and helpful. They are redoing some areas and it’s starting to look really nice.

Not too happy that they have a load of watermelon for sell but they're all SEEDLESS. That's not good. However, the service was good. I had questions for SEVEN employees nd each of them were polite in helping me out to gain the items I needed. So HOORAY for that which gets them 5stars despite the SEEDLESS watermelon.

So I’ve been going to this Walmart the last several months and the improvement is so noticeable! We went on the 18th of June to get potting soil for some plants we had bought. The bags we looked at were in the clearance section but not marked down. We asked a Super helpful young man named Jeffery to please find out if they were on sale and if so what the price was. He quickly found our answer. They were to be marked down but had not been done yet and there was no mark down price yet. We chose to wait after thanking him and went to get a few more things and passed a manager. To our surprise it was the store managers. He and an associate stopped when we got their attention and were so helpful. Gary and his associate Mercedes spoke with us and found out our soil issue and Gary said if we could meet them in the garden area he would get a clearance price for us as well as open the gate to load the soil bags. Jeffery kindly with a smile helped my husband load the soil bags and wished us a wonderful day. Kudos to Gary for working hard on this Walmart customer service and kudos to Mercedes for learning from him and her kind words and friendly attitude. As for Jeffery kudos for being such a conscientious and friendly hard worker, he is going places. And happy birthday to him as well.
