The staff here is generally very nice, but Kyle helped me buy a printer, and his customer service skills were outstanding. The best I've received in a long time. He went above and beyond in his communication and listening. Thank you so much for making a boring task so pleasant, Kyle!

I was doing a pkg to my daughter. I had angie as my intake. She was wonderful it was like she worked there for years. Then I found out today was her 1st full day there. Amazing lady got us in and out with hardly any problem thank you Angie you did a fabulous job

Is very nice young man named Mustafa helped me in a department he knew admitted knowing nothing about but no one else would take the time to help me. As I was checking out, I noticed he was the only one literally running around, helping other people out and hope he gets a raise for all of his obvious hard work.

Nice and clean store. Shelves fully stocked.

Right beside Chic-fil-a . I love that they have office chairs and other equipment already assembled and ready to go. Assembly is $19.99. What a way to get me in the store.

I've been coming to Staples to use the print center mostly and have always gotten fast and great customer service. Cayla has been there most of the time when I come in and I had to come on and leave a review. I've also been helped over on the printer ink side with computer questions being asked so I appreciate that insight I was given as well!

You have an amazing employee working for you, kayla is an absolute saint. she is so helpful and sweet. Be thankful for someone like her working for this store.

I had a not so satisfying experience with my online print order that was to be picked up at the Summerville, SC location. I filled out the survey they emailed me and within the hour, I had heard from the manager of the department (Liz) and the store manager(Matt). Not only was I refunded my money but they also reprinted my order. It was FANTASTIC! THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I *love* this location! They are always so friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to the girls in the print department. I have used the print shop several times. Each time, they have been very helpful and knowledgeable. Approaching Christmas, I was ordering almost daily online. They always had my order prepared that same day with zero issues. They also went out of their way to make one order special.

Jessica in printing was such a big help with my order. Working alone behind the counter, She had 6 people including myself being taken care of, Waiting on more people in line plus phone ringing and was doing all this chaos Impressively efficient and fast when a customer with his rude outbursts went Verbally crazy and refused her help and he was very rude to her and the store manager in which they no way deserved. I had a printing situation that I needed handled immediately. I was not quite sure what I needed and how to get it done. Addison A. Was the lady to get it done. She was patient and efficient. There were many people in the office yet she had time for me. Thank you Staples for having the know how to hire awesome people.

I called yesterday morning and asked if they have my printer ink that I've been searching EVERYWHERE for, and they had it and held it until closing time for me to come and get it. Now my hpdeskjet is working like a charm*.

I've be shopping here for years...always a great experience... every staff member is friendly and knowledgeable. They honor online prices right in the store.. the things you need are usually on sale. Those other STAPLES don't hold a candle to the SUMMERVILLE store

Very helpful and friendly staff. Saw some great deals too. Not everything is priced as low as comparable items at big department stores but that's not why you shop there and, like I said, there are great deal there also.

This school year, family did not have to go all out, like last year's $4000 plus school spending spree. (Tax free weekend definitely a boost.) We again chose Staples for our go to. Strictly the items we needed, not the superstore crowd across the street. Prices comparable on somethings, but added incentive in percent off deal in purchasing a backpack and using rewards points. Received coupon for $$ off next purchase - will come in handy, as we only shopped for 'wide ruled' children last night, and still have our 'college ruled' children to go.
