I had my first appointment today with Kylie Norton. And I have to say I was beyond impressed with this place not only was she extremely knowledgeable but I never felt like I was in the dark about anything that was happening, Kylie was very informative and made sure that she answered any questions I had and addressed any concerns I had and did an amazing job at letting me know exactly what she was doing. If you’re looking for somewhere to go for skin care needs I highly recommend skin body soul!

Skin Body Soul is up to date with today's trends in skin care and they are always adding new technology and techniques to combat the signs of aging and meeting each client's particular needs. I have been going to Skin Body Soul for almost five years and love the service. Cassie is awesome and always makes me feel appreciated and her work is fabulous. My skin has never looked better. Love all the treatments and that they are always introducing new ones. I highly recommend trying microdermabrasion and hydro facials.

Skin Body Soul has lots of great packages. I purchased a laser hair removal package. I had a few issues with the woman who did my service (who is no longer there). I brought my worries to the attention of the clinic director, Cassie. She has gone out of her way to fix my frustrations and make it right. I would highly recommend Skin Body Soul. If you have had a poor experience, I highly recommend speaking with Cassie, I'm sure she will do everything she can to fix your issue. Very profession and clean facility.

I thought about trying this place out for a while before I actually made my first appointment. I typically go to another high end med spa for skin treatments but felt I needed a change. I am SOOOO glad I made the call! The women I have dealt with are extremely professional and accommodating. Cassie and Morgan have taken the time to figure out both what I want to achieve and the best way for me to get there. I have been getting 1-2 treatments a month for a few months now and I have had more compliments on how smooth, soft and lovely my skin looks than I have ever had in the past....as someone in my 40's this is so nice to hear! This place has been such a positive experience for me. I would highly recommend Skin Body Soul to my friends and family! Facilities are new, modern and clean and they have a nice product line. I have only been to the West Des Moines location.

I have been a member of Skin Body Soul for about 4 years now. Have done all treatments offered and have nothing but rave reviews for the processes and the professionalism of the ladies providing the services. They are very knowledgeable, understanding and professional. Cassie has been my savior from day 1! She knows exactly what kind of treatments I need, when I need them. She pays close attention to the changes in my skin and suggests offerings to combat the anti-gaining process. Melissa has done many of my treatments and is always willing to answer any skincare questions I have, while providing wonderfully relaxing services. Morgan recently did a Lash Lift and Tint and it is AH-MAZING! Very little need for mascara and the Eye Lash curler is sitting untouched! Love Love Love my SBS family!!

I've been to a few medical spas and Skin Body Soul has given me the best fit and results! I've been a member for the last couple of years, getting monthly facial treatments. The results have been so significant, that I now go bare skinned most days, which I love! I have gotten many compliments for my healthy (and mature) skin. The staff are friendly and great to work with. The Estheticians are very knowledgable on the latest treatments and product use. My work schedule can be crazy, but I always find an appointment time thats convenient for me. Very satisfied with this spa!

I went through the SculpSure process at SBS with Cassie's help and was extremely happy with the results. She was very personable while still professional. She worked with me to make sure she understood what my concerns were and helped put together a plan. While active, I had struggled with my stomach and Cassie's plan had an amazing outcome. I highly recommend working with them and encourage you to be open and honest to ensure you get the best possible plan and results. Very satisfied.

Being a male in his mid-30’s, I thought it was time to start taking care of myself. I had never been to a spa before and as I walked in and found the whole experience very comfortable! Jess took the time to talk to me about my skin (not scrubbing my face with my body wash lol), my concerns, and routines I should be taking. Excellent service on her end! I am a believer now and will be back again!

I have been seeing Cassie for over 2 years once a month! I had acne scars and a terrible complexion. I now can go out comfortly without feeling like I need to wear all the makeup! It's incredible how much my skin has changed. I get compliments all the time! I wish I could see her every day.

I have been a member and client of SBS for a few years now. I can't even imagine what my skin would be like if I wasn't a member! I LOVE all of the services that I have done on a regular basis, alternating between microdermabrasion, hydrofacials, microneedling, dermaplane, peels and IPL's. The prices are reasonable for the treatments received. The staff is very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend SBS to my friends, family and others. Love me some Cassie!!

Words can't express how pleased I'm with the staff professionalism and courtesy provided at the WDM location. Angela, Cassie, Cinda and Kylie (sorry if I misspelled your name:{) provide superior customer service every single time. The services provided are phenomenal. I'm currently a member (6 months unlimited) and highly recommend signing up for membership. I've been a member for about two months friends and family can see the the transformation. I'm also using PCA beauty products and again see the improvement. I've never had a beauty skin regimen (yes never and I'm in my 50's).

I'd like to thank Cassie for keeping track of my treatments and scheduling them out. She is very knowledgeable, explains each treatment and answers any questions that I have. I've had two SculpSure treatments done so far (inner and outer thighs as well as abdomen). I'm excited in a couple weeks I'll get measured (inner and outer thighs) and after pictures will be taken. I can't say enough about the incredible staff and atmosphere at Skin Body Soul Spa. I tried the Hydrafacial and it was the most relaxing hour of my life — I've never felt more pampered!
