CPR Cell Phone Repair West Des Moines

Made online reservation at 8:30pm on a Friday night for a 9am Saturday morning appointment. They were able to get my 3 phones in and screens replaced on all 3 in an hour and a half. CPR was also half the price of other places we priced. Can’t beat their service or their price! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Taller guy greeted me right when walking in, didn’t appear annoyed I didn’t make an appointment, cleaned my phone and put on a new screen cover in less than 15 minutes. Very knowledgeable and didn’t try to oversell anything, just gave me information and let me browse while he worked. Already recommended to a few friends!

Engaging and knowledgeable employees. They’re their to fix your phone for a very reasonable and honest price. Place is very tidy and clean. My last trip there was for my charger port was loose and the lightning cable would fall out and not stick in place. Took the iPhone in and he just cleaned the port with a unique tool and didn’t even charge me for fixing the problem. They don’t have appointments, it’s a first come first serve.

Colton was phenomenal. I had a cracked screen and he placed it. By the time I dropped it off and picked up, his service was quick and professional. It only took about 30 minutes. Great company.

This shop is FANTASTIC! I had to jump through some hoops to file a T-Mobile claim, so I was frustrated. At the store, Jordan was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and helpful in getting my phone repaired.

My screen was fixed in an hour, and I cannot stress enough that their customer service was absolutely exceptional. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

Very quick and painless process to get my Iphone XS Max repaired. Submitted a request online, drove down to the shop in Valley Junction, explained the problems, paid a $50 diagnostics fee, got a call back in a little over an hour that they had fixed it, no additional fee. CPR seems very professional and reasonable and I would reccomend visiting their shop for minor smarphone repairs.

My phone leapt out of my pocket while biking and was run over several times by several cars. CPR in Valley Junction worked nothing short of a miracle in under two hours. On a Saturday. That I'm Evan able to post this review is testament to their wizardry.

Highly recommend CPR For your cell phone needs. Unfortunately, my son broke his screen twice in the last 4 months both times Luke was great repairing the phone and answering all the questions I had. Later on that day my husband even came in to get a screen protector and more for his phone. Amazing customer service!! Luke is very knowledgeable, friendly, and gets the repair done quickly. I got my phone fixed in 1 hour I had to wait 3 days for the part to come in they said it might came on Thursday or Friday but it came on a Saturday it was a really good price a little over the amount I was going to pay but I am very happy with the work they did 10 out 10 I recommend going

Yes, go here! Highly recommend. Other stores blew me off and didn't even attempt to help me. I dropped my phone in the ocean which killed my phone and I lost a few important pictures I took that morning. I called CPR and they were great from the beginning - they listened to my issue, talked me thru a few things to try, and were careful not to overpromise that they would be able to fix it. Ultimately, they couldn't retrieve the photos I lost but gave it more than a college try. Would absolutely take my business there again.

These guys are awesome! I made a last minute appointment to get my cracked screen fixed and they had it done in about an hour. I also picked up a new charger for my phone and they informed me that if there were any issues with said charger, to bring it back to them and I could get a replacement for just $5. Highly recommend them!

So helpful, store clean, smelled nice, bright, not expensive. Have had them fix laptop and charging issue.
