Ok, I haven’t been to Chuck E. Cheese since I was a child—it was just as fun as I remember! It was clean. Chuck E the mascot wasn’t creepy. The staff were kind and helpful. The food was great! The salad bar was kept full and picked up.

My boys ages 2 and almost 4 had a blast! I will definitely bring them back again!

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve been to Chuck E. Cheese. A lot has changed, but they’re good, modern changes. I love the little dance floor area, it’s super cute! And there’s plenty of seating areas.

We enjoyed the minute play pass because we don’t have to worry about using up points based on each arcade game. So it felt like we had an unlimited amount of gameplay within our purchased 120min.

Our kids had a lot of fun and that’s what made this trip worth coming from out of town 🥰

Went to a birthday party here over the weekend and the remodel is super nice. Staff was friendly. Place was clean. Pizza was delicious. One of the girls leading the kids through their dance had an exceptional attitude and joy about her that was awesome to see.

Melissa was amazing! The party was amazing. Every staff was so wonderful had a blast the kids loved it!

A fun place for children of all ages with a very attentive staff and clean showroom. Willing to talk with my older child about history of location and animatronics. 😊

Better than I remember as a kid. They recently renovated and sadly the animatronics are gone but the new updates are appealing to the next generation of kids. They have updated their game selection as well. I was even surprised at the quality of the pizza. A little greasy but most pizza are.

We were a walk-in party without a reservation for my daughter’s birthday. They had tables for us to use and the food was delicious! The kids had fun playing games & picking out prizes. Will definitely come back!!

My son and I had a pleasant time at this location. Anthony, who checked us in and assisted us at the counter, was a kind and extremely helpful associate. We will definitely be back!

The animations are gone!!! Sad! However, the show must go on...the interactive dance floor is a plus! The place is clean and the games work great for all ages!

Staff was friendly and efficient! The restaurant was clean, well lit, the salad bar well stocked and hygienic, and the pizza was done quickly and was delicious.

Gr8. Only a few of us in there due to social distancing. Very clean & staff were really nice. Love the fact that they are professionally following healthy procedures & guidelines to maintain a clean & healthy establishment. My nieces 10th birthday party was fun.

A wonderful 6th birthday party. We went it without the actual party package. We only had 3 kids and it was a weekday. Still got the chuck e cheese cake and decided on the unlimited play option. The kids get to go crazy and love the unlimited idea. I think it is roughly the same price but a ton easier than constantly worrying about refilling there cards. Also learned you do have the option to pause your time ONCE when your food arrives or to take a break for presents and then you can start back up with your remaining time.

This place is AMAZING. Contrary to everyone else’s belief, I think the 2.0 remodel is pretty cool. The food was delicious, especially the pizza. There were lots of games, and the dance floor is fine. I did get to meet the Big C himself while I was there, so that was epic! Overall, I highly recommend the place where a kid can be a kid!

We had a wonderful experience at Chuck E. Cheese's thanks to the exceptional service provided by Duane, one of their outstanding employees. We recently hosted our daughter's birthday party there, and Duane went above and beyond to ensure that it was a memorable and enjoyable occasion for everyone.

One of the highlights of the party was the cake that Duane decorated for our daughter. It was not only beautifully decorated but also delicious. It was a busy day, so he took it upon himself to help decorate it so the kiddos could eat as soon as possible.

Throughout the party, Duane's friendly and engaging demeanor made all the kids feel welcomed and included. It was evident that he genuinely cared about making sure all the kids had fun and our daughter's birthday unforgettable.

Duane's exceptional customer service skills were not limited to just our party. I observed him interacting with other guests, and he treated each person with the same level of kindness and attentiveness. He effortlessly managed to create a joyful and fun atmosphere for everyone there.

First time there with my family. I husband have been going to Chuck E. Cheese's since he was little and he said the place since look the same. Our boy is 2.5years old and love love it there and we plan on celebrating his birthday there year year.

What an awesome place for kiddos! My daughter, daughter in law and four grandkids, ages 6, 3 and two under one went there August 17. The first employee met us with a huge smile and “Welcome.” We appreciated the security features; a stamp and scan when coming and then leaving. The place was spotless and shone! The food excellent! Lots of choices! There were many things for little ones to do, safely and easily. And things for much older ones, too! I personally missed the animated band from when we took our daughter and son many years ago. But my grandkids liked the jumbo screens and fun music. The kids and us adults throughly enjoyed every minute we were there!! Chuck E. Cheese is STILL simply amazing!!

I never thought I'd say this but Chuck E Cheese is back! As a kid I enjoyed days at Chuck E Cheese. The games were cool, the show was fun; it was great. Chuck E Cheese went into decline for a few years, was gross and the patrons were on the rough side. I'm happy to say that under the new corporate management, Chuck E Cheese is once again a great place to take kids. The rest rooms and game area were clean, the food was pretty good, the staff was on top of crowd control and the clientele was once again more family friendly. If you watch Groupon of the Chuck E Cheese website, you can get some great deals on tokens too.

We've hosted our son's birthday party here two years in a row. It is exceptionally clean and well-managed. The staff is attentive and fun. All the games have always been working. The people at the ticket-redemption counter even round up on occasion (if we have 70 tickets, they'll let us get a 75-ticket prize).

Really, I think the perception of Chuck E. Cheese is that it's run-down and dirty. This place is not at all. The pizza is actually pretty good, too.

I never thought I'd be making time to write a review for Chuck E. Cheese but this place is so good that I wanted to spread the word.

We had a great time both times we have went, a year apart. It was very clean, the employees were all nice, and the food is really great. The games are fun, I have been coming here for over 23 years and now my child gets to enjoy it. I recommend taking the family here for a quick pizza dinner, and some fun time.
