Kum & Go

We stopped in on a Saturday morning and was floored by all the food options! I got a breakfast sandwich made fresh. The person making the sandwich was very friendly.
The checkout counter was also very friendly.

Would definitely stop by more often if it was on my morning route to work.

After the new location opened I have had nothing but pleasant experiences here. They have e85 and e88 which I like. I use e88 since it doesn't seem to affect the fuel economy in my flex fuel van and its slightly lower in cost.

I like that the gas station offered an assortment of items , some healthy , and also just some general items as well.

It was recently built and it's so clean

Great gas station or 'convenience store'. A little more pricey than some of the newer hy vee gas station, or quicktrips, depending on what you're buying. Their new fresh kitchens bring a lot to the table, but personally I'm not really a big fan of any of their sandwiches and their sliced pizza is OUTRAGEOUSLY priced unless you go on Wednesday. However, if you can make it during breakfast their sausage queso burrito and raspberry turnover make the most delicious unhealthy breakfast you'll ever have. So bad but sooooo good! Also, some of the newer model stores are selling growlers of craft beers which is pretty cool. All in all good gas station, just isn't QuickTrip.

Good store. Outdated design. Very good breakfast pizza. Nice staff mostly.

Small and dated, bathrooms aren't always clean. Good coffee and food selection.

Not very clean and getting to it isn't always convenient

Most of the employees are very friendly. However the General Manager has failed this store. Trash cans are always overflowing with trash which leads to the wind blowing trash all over the surrounding area. Paper towels are always empty at the pumps. The washer fluid is black from never being changed. Rarely any toilet paper in the stalls. The tables in the dining area are always gross and sticky. I’ve seen well run Kum and Go’s. This ain’t one of them.

$4.39 for a gallon of gas is an absolute rip off, more than $10 for a pack of cigarettes that are usually 8 bucks at other places is an absolute rip-off and your two pack price is an absolute ripoff! How about y'all stop ripping off your customers!

Talk about the most unprofessional and rude people. The GM, Sarah, treated me like a total B when I stopped in there yesterday. Like she couldnt give me the time of day, even though I was being very polite. Employees are constantly on their phone and the GM is good for nothing. How are these same people even still working there? Kum & Go, yall really need to do something about this store. How many more one star reviews do you need until you get rid of the people giving your company a bad name?

None of the staff at check out wear masks. A lady in front of me asked one of the ride cashiers to kindly put on a mask. He screamed at her and called his manager. It was bizarre and uncalled for. The lady left without saying a word and the manager and the guy behind the counter ran after her and took photos of her and her daughter. Why? Why so much anger? Wear your masks and respect your customers. I’ll never go back here. Go to the Casey’s up the road instead

horrible customer service. employees don’t care to help and are rude. i’ve worked at kum & go before and i know how the register works. the person at the register was a liar and acted like i was the dumb one. she was zoning out during our entire conversation. simply just didn’t want to help me. don’t work here if you aren’t going to help and be nice. big thumbs down.

The man working the counter tonight refused to sell me alcohol tonight because of my Illinois ID. Calling it suspicious. I have the federally updated ID, and I was not intoxicated. It likely doesn't matter to Kum & Go that theyrel be losing my business. But it dissapoints me as they're the closest gas station and convenience store to my home.

The dude who was working at around 9:30 tonight told me off when I said I was paying with my phone. Saying that "this isnt star trek" and continued to ask what I'm paying with when I told him like 10 times, so I finally said I was using my card and still paid with my phone. Once it went through I told him, see my phone. And walked away from the "ok boomer" moment.

Manager treats workers poorly and is rude to customers. Like many others have said, it's a shame management has ruined this location. Really great facility and the young workers are always so helpful.

Staff is u professional, always on their phones or Vaping in a public place which is illegal. Management needs guidance.
