The food at this restaurant is beyond amazing!! We had the Slam-wich (eggs, thick smokey bacon, Swiss, herb aoli, arugula and the bread was a very tasty waffle) and Fight for your right to Pudding (sausage & cheddar savory bread pudding w/ pumpernickel & brioche bread, sausage gravy and a sunny side up egg). Portions were HUGE! This ranks as one of our top brunch picks ever!!

Stopped in for brunch while in Des Moines for a wedding. The atmosphere was amazing, the food was delicious, and the service was top notch. I had the Rumpshaker and my husband had Chicken and Waffles. All 5 of our party were happy with our food!

This was my first time eating at Eggs and Jam, and I'll have to say that they did not disappoint. I was greeted by the staff as soon as I arrived. The hostess was very polite and welcoming. As soon as I sat down, I was greeted by the waitress. The waitress was AMAZING. She had some of the best customer service I have have ever experienced. I ordered the Inforcer and a side of bacon and French Toast. The food arrived very fast and looked delicious and man it was so good. I am very picky when I comes to breakfast and can I say this is the best breakfast I've eaten. The sausage was amazing, the breakfast potatoes were crispy on the out side and fluffy on the inside, the over medium eggs were cooked perfectly the bacon was cooked just right and the raspberry jam was delicious and I don't usually eat jam. The portions were huge so I didn't eat my French toast until after going back home. I would definitely suggest this to EVERYONE.

Great food, nice atmosphere & always excellent service! The average wait times are from 20-40 minutes, but the experience is well worth the wait.

DANG ! This place is great ! Love the environment great music. Food was delightful ! We got the brotherly love and the you can touch this. The entree was **chefs kiss** the potato’s while tasty were cold and semi crispy. Probably a one time off issue.

Staff was extremely kind, the art on the walls with the hand drawn murals was done so well, the music was killer and the food was absolutely perfect!

There hasn't ever been a time where I've visited Eggs 'n Jam and there hasn't been a long queue/wait all the way out the door and I believe there's good reason for that. The food, put simply, is just absolutely delicious and I'd go as far as to say they have the best fried Chicken and Waffles in the entire state. If it's not already clear by the name the atmosphere inside and aesthetic takes inspiration from hip-hop and that is found in the music played, art on the walls as well as the menu design and food items. If you do decide to come here, and you don't mind a bit of a crowd I think you'll really enjoy it.

Scrumptious breakfast and a huge serving! The atmosphere is more like a bar vibe, it’s the perfect spot for friends to gather and have a fun breakfast!

The portion sizes here are incredibly large but quality. See photo below of the side order pancake and yes, an effort was made to eat them. Other things we liked:
- Biscuits & Gravy are on par with souther restaurants.
- Raspberry whipped cream on the french toasts was light and fluffy
- Friendly service

Such a cool place! Never been to a brunch location with this super cool classic hip hop vibe. Super cool graffiti/tagging artwork. Super good food and huge servings. Great selection of food, alcoholic beverages and regular drinks. The pancakes are ginormous! Great friendly service.

Great food. They have stuff out to entertain you while you wait. Expect a 20-30 minute wait any day of the week. They call you when a table is ready.

Staff are nice. Vibe is graffiti and grunge but it’s awesome. It is family friendly. They also serve a full bar.

This is the cutest spot ever! Never have I eaten breakfast while DMX and other hip hop music played! Alex our server was awesome! Super nice and attentive. I had the chicken and waffles and my hubby had Yo homes to Bel Air Omelet. Both were SO GOOD!! Everything was super awesome! From the service, ambience, music, food!!

This place is amazing. We were in town for a wedding from Columbus. Saw this and figured why not. Well holy .... this place is a hidden gem! The staff was amazing and made great drink recommendations and they were delicious. Tim and Lindsey great to talk to. Made us feel welcome. Definitely try this place and stay away from the big box breakfast places!

Absolutely delicious & high quality food! Pancakes are the size of a large human head & could be the best I've ever eaten. Bacon was thick, crispy & not greasy. We'll definitely be back!

A must dining experience. Delicious food, quirky names for items, huge portions. Wait staff is pretty awesome. Such a great experience that I have encouraged friends and family to make a trip there as it's definitely worth the experience! Would recommend wearing loose pants. 😉

Vibe- I’m a 90s baby so the music choice was right up my alley!!! The art all around is awesome. There’s a mural full of artists that were prominent in the 90s (and still today really), that was probably my favorite. This is the perfect spot for a breakfast, brunch, meet up with friends situation. There’s plenty of seating inside (a bar too) and a good amount of seating outside.

Customer service- Great! From the time I walked in until I left everyone was very kind and attentive.

Food/drinks- I got a raspberry mimosa to drink, it was the bomb! To eat, I got THE SUPERSTAR which is a vegan pancake with almond butter and fresh fruit (it comes with 3 but my server recommended I do just 1 because they are huge and I ordered another meal). I also decided to try the HASH STATE OF MIND which is a vegan hash with chorizo, seasoned breakfast potatoes, corn, bell peppers, and onions.

Parking- It’s located in a shopping center where parking spots are plenty!

This restaurant is so fun and definitely hip.
The food was delicious and atmosphere was fire no wonder there always busy, with the food they have and the service.. sheesh
