Dr. Melissa is one of a kind! She is compassionate, attentive, and makes sure she understands client's needs and perspectives. She takes her time to explain concerns to the minutest details which she backs up with literature and research. After painstakingly explaining everything, she shows you photographs of possible outcomes but also cautions you to be responsible and realistic because every patient is different. She even gave me an expensive treatment package for free! She offered discounts. I am pleased and recommend her practice to anyone who deserves VIP care.

She was also very through explaining the process and side effects and setting up a follow up to check on things.
