Great customer service! Told me it would take about 1.5 hours to replace my screen and it ended up replaced in even a shorter amount of time. Very efficient and the workers were able and willing to answer any questions I had. Also their prices were more reasonable than other places in town that repair iPhone screens. If you need a screen replacement I highly suggest using iTech Gurus.

I first contacted iTech Gurus by phone. Jordan was patient, answered all my questions and made helpful suggestions. Once I visited the store, the person who helped me (didn't get her name) was equally patient and helpful, showing me options and answering all my questions. I will definitely be back the next time I need support or new electronics.

Britt was amazing! He was very knowledgeable as to what I wanted and didn’t try to sell me something with features I wouldn’t use. He was so kind to us and I am leaving this review on my new Apple Air 5th Generation that he thought was best for me and he was right. He is such an asset to your Company. I do wish they stocked more things at this store because I feel if you did you would increase sales immensely.

Great service! While they primarily work with Apple products, I brought in a Dell in need of a battery replacement. Regardless, they ordered the part and did a thorough check of my computer all within three days. Would highly recommended!

I highly recommend ITech Gurus, an Apple Authorized Service Provider computer store. The technician was very competent and did an excellent job. In a short period of time my computer was again working smoothly. He checked to assure that my security software was doing its job.

iTech Gurus were able to help me resurrect my old 2007 iMac that became non-functional. (It’s ancient but it does what I need).

I had the battery replaced in my IPhone 7. I decided to try this business because it is near my home and the are an authorized Apple repair shop. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had the battery changed out in a timely manner. I will definitely return and recommend this business to others.

I highly recommend! I've taken my older MacBook in a couple times thinking I was about to spend a lot on repairs or need to replace it due to battery charging and screen issues. To my surprise, they were able to diagnose the issue on the spot and provide a fix within 15 minutes. The fixes were at minimal to no cost. I couldn't ask for better service from both a fix turnaround and cost perspective.

All the techs are great! They are very knowledgeable, thorough, courteous, patient, and helpful. They answered all my questions, and patiently explained everything! There were no hidden costs, and their charge was extremely reasonable! When I phoned back with an additional question, they answered it without any hesitation or additional charge for “phone tech support”! God bless them for all they do!

Everyone who helped me was polite. Took the time to answer my questions about my MacBook Pro, but also went above and beyond to answer my questions pertaining to some of my other devices. First of all the gentleman that helped me out was the nicest most helpful humble man I have ever encountered in a computer store. He saved my month bye authenticating a very hard problem That lived in uphold my crypto account. I was locked out of my account all hope is lost. At least in my book it was a big problem! He did everything possible got the situation figured out gave me an exact date of when the money will be in the account and even followed up with it! I will bring every and all need a service to them immediately without question because of the great treatment I receive less than a month ago I could not rate them or be happier with my experience!

Brad and team were very helpful. Brad even figured out the problem I was having with my devices connecting to an air printer. The team completed the transfer of files from an old desk top computer within a couple of days for a very reasonable price.

Very positive experience! I took my iMac in, and they were able to diagnose the problem very quickly. They knew what they were talking about. The hard drive had gone bad, and I ended up deciding to not invest more money into my older iMac, but to move to an MacBook Pro, which I purchased from iTech Gurus as well. They gave me great advice. And, when I wanted to have them pull my old hard drive last minute just to make sure I had that as an emergency option if my online restores didn't work...they pulled it out for me quickly. No complaints. I do think this is one of the best experiences I've had getting computer service, as well as purchasing new. Couldn't be more pleased!

Great service. They helped get my screen replaced and my phone feels brand new again, I'm soooo happy!! They helped me to make sure I had Apple Care so I didn't have to pay 340.00 for a new screen. Would highly recommend them to friends and family and will be back.

My Mac Mini was down and out. Catalina seemed to have rendered its guts useless. I setup a service appointment with iTech through the Apple service support website. They were able to take a look at it within a couple hours, contacted me to inform me of the situation and how to remedy it. Since my Mac was still under warranty, they were able to make the repair free of charge to me, and they handled all the legwork through Apple. I was not required to do anything, which was a welcome surprise. A great service experience all around. A big thank you!

These guys were great. I was able to take my iPhone 6 in for a new battery and got it back within a couple hours. It's been a few months since the replacement and I have not had any issues with my phone. Great service and comparable with what you would pay at an Apple store – maybe even a bit less. Their store is also very clean and professional.
