From day one she was extremely responsive and would answer any calls, texts, or emails I had regarding my home search and eventually the buying process. She helped me understand what steps were next in the process and was always a hard worker. I recall sending her a long list of properties I was interested in while trying to buy from out of state and was amazed at how quickly she had videos of walkthroughs ready for me! Kelly Howie is an amazing Realtor and professional. We moved here from overseas and with all of our traveling and settling in, he made it very simple to find a house. More specifically Kyllie McMillan on the team was by far the best Realtor me and my wife have ever dealt with. We moved all the way to Rapid City from South Carolina, and Kyllie had us practically in our house before we even stepped foot in South Dakota.
Kyllie was beyond fantastic. She would go out of her way to help us every step of the way. When we ran into hiccups with the loan company and the builders of our house she was right there in our corner to help in any way she could.
Would recommend 100 out of 100. Best realtor's in the Area

Worst experience I’ve had with a real estate agent. Brian Thompson told us he set up a showing to view a listing and I confirmed the morning of. Went to the house at the meeting time, no agent met us out front I texted him and called me to see if he was there. No answer or response back, so we knocked at the door thinking maybe he went inside to get things ready. The owners of the home answered saying no one ever reached out to set up the showing with her or her agent. 20 minutes after our planned showing time he attempted to call back and didn’t leave a voicemail. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Your site constantly updates and goes back to the first house on the list. It takes forever to get back 40 houses down your list. Is there a way to get around that. Can't use this site, too frustrating.

I just wanted. To look it was a pain to use and I never found the house on your site. There was a remax sign at the house.
