I had a ureteroscopy procedure performed in April by Dr. Vanoveren. He was very kind when he spoke with me about what to anticipate with the procedure and again the day of the procedure. He also followed up with me later to ask how I was doing. I was nervous to have the procedure but felt very well cared for through the entire process. Thank you.

This young confident surgeon has a calming demeanor. He explains things cleanly and ensures the patient and family fully understand procedures. He successfully removed a very large stone in the most noninvasive way that I’m not sure others would have tried.

Initial visit great, been trying to schedule an MRI for over a week. Might have testicular cancer, might have a muscle cramp. Do they care? Nope, won’t even call back. Absolutely atrocious the patient care. To the woman I spoke to on the phone: you are INCOMPETENT

He’s great, his office staff however, are a bunch on condescending, impatient bi*ches. No compassion, no empathy, just self-righteous judgement.
