Bear Claw Condominiums

First time in Steamboat for the summer after18 years of incredible ski vacations there. Our family was blown away by the beauty and the amount of fun things to do. We Hiked, Hiked, Hiked, Tubed down the Yampa River, went to the Pro Rodeo. We went to sunset happy hour at the gondola. We Hot tubbed and swam in the pool. We got to bike with the electric bikes that were complimentary from Bear Claw. We Golfed, Golfed, Golfed.

Bear Claw is right on the mountain true ski in ski out in winter which is a game changer. We love their shuttle to downtown in the winter. We love the boot warming room, Hot tub, pool, Sauna and massage room. Convenience is the magic word here. The staff is always so helpful and extremely pleasant. This is a top notch place with top notch service.

A fantastic experience. Unit # 409 at Bear Claw offers great views of the mountains, is spacious and beautifully decorated and close to everything you could want - skiing, kayaking, hiking, and a great downtown. There is nothing like having your first cup of coffee on the balcony overlooking the mountains to start your day. Going back this winter.

This is a wonderful property right on the slopes so you really can’t get a better location if you’re planning to ski/snowboard. The views from this property are also amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They provide a free shuttle that will take you anywhere in town that you can order from a very convenient phone app. The main building also has a very nice heated pool and two hot tubs which are heaven for sore muscles and also has gorgeous views of the mountain.

We stayed in 401, which is a 3-bedroom condo that has been beautifully renovated with all the comforts of home, including a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom for every bedroom, king-size beds, a smart TV in every bedroom, and a balcony that overlooks the valley. Very modern and clean. Could have stayed forever.

Our family had the best time staying at Bear Claw. We are new to snowboarding and skiing. From the second we checked in to the time we left, we had non stop fun. The staff was great and very professional, they always had there mask on and did a good job enforcing the policy, allowing us to still come out and enjoy life safely. The room itself was amazing. The only thing better was the view, being right on the slope it was so cool to see people going up and down all day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Bear Claw II in late March. The property, and accommodations were top notch, as was the staff. This was the first time we exclusively used the shuttle service for transportation around town and the mountain base and couldn't have been happier with all of the drivers and their responsiveness. We look forward to our next stay at Bear Claw and Unit 413.

Fantastic experience. Bear Claw is ideally located on the slopes of Steamboat. Step out the door and you are on the slopes. No long walk or small path leading to the ski area. Ski racks and boot dryers at slope entrance. Staff was extremely friendly and responsive. Amenities are fantastic. Private shuttle service, not shared with half the ski area. Private bar adjacent the pool and spas. Up to date exercise room. Garage parking. Thanks!!

Bear Claw was great, couldn't have a better ski in ski out location. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our condo on the third floor was within about 15 steps from standing on the snow and being able to ski down. Our unit was in great shape, nice kitchen, dining area, and living room. The beds were really comfortable. It will be hard to beat, at a great price too.

This place was great! Condo was updated and very clean. Location was true ski on / ski off. And, the staff (Dan, Jen and crew) were friendly and helpful. Shuttle service was super convenient; we took it several times during our stay when going into town for dinner. We will stay here again!

Best place to stay in all mountain towns! Jamie and her crew are top notch. From the first call to Sarah to the final goodbyes from Doug and Craig. The condos are warm and inviting. The pools were clean and refreshing. Bear Claw has set the bar high to all mountain condos. I love this place and will not stay anywhere else in the area!

Would recommend booking a room in building ll as that is where the boot room and pool is. Great location and easy ski in ski out access. Other than other guests harassing you if you or your small child’s mask was not properly positioned it was a great stay. Will not be coming back to Colorado until they lift all COVID restrictions!!!!

Always a great stay at Bear Claw. Accommodations and amenities are first rate. Best ski in/ski out location on the mountain for winter. Tranquil location for summer months. Staff are first rate and make everyone feel special.

What a great complex! Amazing views of Mt Warner, great facilities and a friendly staff. Good base for a summer weekend of fun.

Love this condo and all it offers! It is a welcoming complex that has beautiful views, wonderful spacious amenities and friendly staff! I would not stay anywhere else. It is a hidden gem within Steamboat. Truly, I wish we would have found this treasure years ago.
