Dr Gordon has been amazing taking care of my adult son.

Excellent. I ended up going outside my network because I was so impressed with her after seeing how she treated someone else. She is very thorough, does not rush you, LISTENS, very knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable being treated by her.

I am profoundly deaf. Both the doctor AND the staff have jumped through hoops to accommodate me. I do wish they had email though vs. my having to involve others to schedule my needs.

The way patient care is rendered at this Hospital is far superior to my network. So glad I am in a PPO and can go to someone/somewhere where I have confidence in their abilities.

I have been seeing Dr. Gordon for a couple of years after my previous neurologist retired. She is patient and really listens to what you all are saying. She is trying every trick in the book to manage my migraines. She responds quickly to my messages and takes my concerns seriously. I highly recommend her.

Patient. Listens well. Responds to messages on patient site quickly.

Dr Gordon is very thouroh and extremely great explaining all symptoms and how to resolve and heal or be able to be comfortable working towards healing the problem

I was sent to Dr. Laurie Gordon at BIDMC Neurology after a series of neuromuscular symptoms that appeared to be auto-immune related (given past history). She ordered some blood work and a brain MRI but failed to contact me with the results. I eventually got my results from Shields MRI and 2 months later, still do not know my blood results which I presume were negative (as I would have expected). If I know one thing, it is that I do not have gluten sensitivity so not sure the purpose of that test. I am now being sent by my rheumatologist to a different neuromuscular doctor at BWH. I tried contacting Dr. Gordon's office several times and left several voicemails before giving up. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This rating that I’m doing isn’t for the Doctor it is for the office staff I have been trying to cancel my husbands appointment that he has on Wednesday of 4/27/2022 at 8:30AM well the try always tell you that if you don’t cancel within 24-48 hours before the appointment then they charge your insurance company anyway but everytime I call them they never answer the phone this is not the first time it is very hard to get them to answer and if you leave a message they don’t get back to you the place was opened at 8:30 AM so does the office run itself I’m going to have my husbands doctor recommend someone else for my husband to go to I’m feel bad for the doctor but she needs to get better help
