once you place an order we as 7/11 store have no control over the delivery!
We do not provide the delivery service. This is done by the service you picked on your app. A lot of times we prepare the order and it never gets picked up!!!! If you have questions do not contact the store...contact the delivery provider that you placed the order with!!!!
Items that are out of stock you are not being charged for. It is always good practice to have an alternative item selected!
I agree with you that the delivery service has not been very good but..again this has nothing to do with the store...it is uber eats or any other service that you selected.Please contact them or the 7/11 corporate office to complain...you will be helping us also!!! thank you!

This is best place I have ever been to. Everyone who works there deserves a raise and 4 million dollars. Each employee is incredibly friendly, and I feel like each one of them is my own brother. We have a connection. A deep connection. A very deep. If I ever get married it will be here. If I ever have children it will be here. I. Love. This. Store. A little sad that they don't have the Deadpool straws tho, but the apple fritters and glazed donuts make up for it. 711 is my favorite fine dining establishment because is is easily accessible, has high quality food, and even higher quality staff.
This 711 is very easily accessible. It is just down the street from my house, making it a very quick walk. Ever since October of 2017, my cousin and I have gone almost every weekend. We typically go at around 8:30-10, but will make an exception if we nees to go earlier or later. We have gone up to 3 times in one night, and do to its convenient location, every walk has been a complete and utter joy. Also, keep in mind, this store is right next to the Needham Heights train station. This makes for a convenient stop on your way to the Boston Aquarium, and if you go down the street from that Aquarium, and around the corner, guess what you will find. Guess, I'll wait.................................................................................. Another 711. That is amazing. The Needham Heights 711 is also next to a bagel store, a pizza store, Koko Fit, a CVS, Trader Joes, a nursing home, a park, a church, it is down the street from a temple, near 2 banks, an autobody shop, a gas station, boars head, a spa, a restaurant, Urgent Care, Vino Divino, Hillside School, Rosemary Pool, and the library. That is ultra convenient bros. Both inside and outside this 711 there are places to rest your butt after a walk there. It is also handicap accessible. Let me say something else. 24 hours. 7 days a week. This store is the most convenient store in Needham, and possibly the most convenient store in the world.
711 also has the most high quality food around, ranging from sweet treats to savory snacks. 711 of course has many snacks and drinks from many brands, but I will be focusing on their own foods and drinks. 711 has a wide variety of entrees. Chicken wings, burgers, taquitos, nachos, hot dogs, breakfast sandwiches, and yes, even pizza. All of these entrees are hot and ready, and also extremely affordable. 711 is also of course famous for their Slurpees. Recently, they teamed up with Deadpool to help promote both the movie and their Slurpees. This is a very smart move. Deapool is the funniest, sexiest, and all around best guy around, and he could not have chosen a better store to work with. 711 has many desserts as well. They have a wide variety of baked goods. Donuts, apple fritters, and all kinds of yummy treats. This combination of food makes for one bomb 3 course meal.
Finally, let me tell yall about the staff. The staff at 711 are the nicest people you will ever meet. They work tirelessly around the clock to make sure you are always pleased with your visit. They always great you, and my personal favorite thing about them, they ask you if you want a bag. The amount of respect that they give you when you visit is unmatched by any store ever. These people deserve a raise. They work, so hard, to please their customers, AND THEY ALWAYS MAKE ME FEEL SO DAMN RESPECTED AND CARED FOR..... I am sorry about that.... I lost my cool yo. The staff here are great, and they deserve the best.
If you could not tell, I love 711. I love it more than I love my cats, my friends, and even my blu ray copy of Black Panther . Please, visit the 711 in Needham Heights. And give them is respect is deserves.

Nice enough 24 hour place. There's no hot food on Sundays, and the coffee area has an awkward layout that makes it more difficult to use than it needs to be.

Had signs for taquitos for 2/2.49, 3/3.37
When they rang me up it showed as 1.79 ea. I pointed out the sign and they would not honor the deal. Taquitos were overcooked too 🤦🏾‍♂

Ordered DoorDash from here and the employees were extremely rude to my dasher, rushing him out the door and not completing the order. I will never be going to this 7/11 again.

Within two minutes of being in the store, I found two roaches and was threatened by the store owner multiple times.

For starters, my friends and I enter the store, grab our snacks, and immediately gravitate towards the back to try on a hat or two. It has only been one minute so far, and the owner accuses us of idling, threatens to CLOSE the store (despite it being a 24/7 location), and aggressively presses a buzzer to discourage us from staying any longer.

Following his word, we grab our drinks and move to the checkout line. As we do, we spot two roaches climbing over the unsorted yet opened food shipments. Out of disgust we take two pictures (attached to the review) and run to the front.

Now at checkout, we mention the roaches to him and comment on his rude manner. Despite our calm tone, he threatens to shut down the store once again, and screams at us to get a life while reaching for a cigarette.

Once again following his word, I am writing this review as Charlie (white or middle eastern male, mid 50s, 5'8, presumably the store owner) requested that I do so after we exclaimed that we would never come back. I am a man of my word.

Terrible customer service. Old white/middle eastern male in his 50s is rude and disrespectful. He should be fired immediately

service to get bad has to improve, there's a middle-aged guy who stays there at night, it's almost bad to go there because his energy is so heavy, the guy is uneducated, serves poorly, treats customers badly, ask for protection to the universe by coming and going when this guy is there! 🙏🏻

First review I've ever written for any business, mainly because of how furious the workers here made me. This was the 3rd time being treated poorly because the clerks were too lazy to do their own job. Over the summer one of the clerks even threatened to fight me over something trivial. Place is a joke and needs new management. It's unfortunate because the old workers who were here when I was in high school (early 2000's) were some of the best people I've met. Now its just filled with bitter middle aged men who are unhappy with their lives and take it out on the customers. You couldn't pay me money to go back to this store. -5 stars

Tried to get a slushy with my friend but instead got a 50+ overweight old white nightshift clerk saying slurs when scanning items and asking inappropriate questions to me and my friend. Not a normal 7-Eleven didn't feel safe here wouldn't recommend. Next time just go an ice cream shop or shop somewhere else.

The 7 eleven itself is okay but the service here is HORRIBLE. The Indian guy that usually takes the night shift routinely puts up a sign saying “back in ___ minutes” ranging from 5 - 30 mins. So we’re just supposed to wait around for half an hour? I thought this was a CONVENIENCE store.

The guy barely talks too. You ask him if you can get something made like taquitos or pizza and he just slightly shakes his head without uttering a word. If you haven’t seen him do it to you multiple times, you’d just think he’s silently staring at you. Then you have to break the silence to ask “there’s no food” and he’ll just utter some small, indecipherable noise with a slight head nod.

There’s a 7-11 in Newton that’s always open. Go there instead. Takes an extra 3-5 mins depending on where you are but it’s a hell of a lot better. You never know if this guy will put up a sign.

Made a pick up order with Ubereats. When arrived, was told some items are not in stock but refused to cancel it from their side, trying to toss cancellation fee on us. Poor service.

These places all have the same products so the only difference are the people who work there.

This location has the rudest employees, no wonder they all look so miserable.

Don't bother supporting this location, maybe they'll improve if their bottom line suffers.

Need attention for cleaning. Smell bad though.
