The UPS Store

I’ve always dreaded going to UPS stores because they were never good experiences. This is my second visit to this store and both times it has been great. The staff is friendly, patient and helpful.

Amazing and easy experience. UPS has been really easy and the staff were top notch on my last visit. With the new self serve system, packages can be scanned in yourself and especially with Amazon returns it’s quick and easy. The staff even went above and beyond to help with an Amazon return code that was not scanning and took a good 5 minutes or more to manually confirm it in their system.

The entire Needham UPS team is very courteous, helpful and attentive to individual customer needs. The tone in the store is set by the manager Eric. Each time I have gone into this store the staff have handled my transactions efficiently.

The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly and work with you to find the best shipping solution. Highly recommend also for business printing needs. John & Eric and the team they have assembled make a great resource for completing printing and shipping projects without worry or concern.

My name is -----, I have --------- and worked next door at ---------, we would bump into each other at ---------- fairly often. I had to write a note about how awesome your staff is.

I restore, collect and sell vintage drums doing 99% of my business online. The drums require very odd size boxes and no stores except the UPS store actually carry them in stock. Your employees are always very friendly, fast and helpful on the phone and in person. I have gone to staples a few times as boxes are 1/3 of the price there but the employees are miserable and they usually don’t have what I need.

This week I tried to order 24x24x6 inch boxes from them and I was given incorrect, dishonest information by the manager about a special order and it impacted my customer service and shipping time. I am done with Staples, your employees are much more helpful and I always get what I need with less drive and less attitude. Even walking into Staples, the kid who did my return smelled like he had not showered in a week and was definitely not using deodorant.

I have even been checking out and seen some difficult customers in line before me. Your employees were very patient with them and remained calm even as I was ready to bash the annoying patrons over the head. I hope you value and trust your employees as they do an excellent job, every one of them, every time.

My business often uses the UPS store for shipping. The employees are always professional, ready to help and moving things along quickly for customers. I rarely have to wait much at all when dropping-off packages.

The Needham Center UPS Store provides the utmost in customer service. The team is friendly and efficient. And whenever I have any questions or issues Eric and John are always willing to help me resolve them. I highly recommend this location for all shipping and small business needs!

My experience was very good here. I had to get some legal documents printed and notarised. This was done smoothly and I was able to courier the documents to India, where they were accepted by the authorities without any hassles. Good and friendly service.

A great place for shipping but also other things including notary service and other office help. Above all, great people here and I have had a great experience and results every time

The UPS Store offers office and shipping materials, has a wide array of copy services, is able to print marketing and advertising materials in pretty much any size or style. The team at the UPS Store is a great group of professionals and are always striving to exceed my expectations when I visit their store. I have had a Private Mail Box at the UPS Store for over 20 years and find it a great tool in keeping mail secure and private, and a way to have all of my shipments received in a secure location. John and his staff did an excellent job getting an auction item I purchased sent to me. When a problem developed in transit (not his fault), he got it quickly resolved. I'm a satisfied customer. Would use again if needed.

This is a great UPS Store! Staff are friendly and very helpful. In fact I drive an extra 5 miles to go to this UPS store versus the one closer to me in Wellesley because it is THAT much better.

I’ve used this store a number of times for both personal and business needs and each time they have delivered. From discussing my unusual requirements to responding at very short notice for some business cards to be produced - they were great! The added benefit of a Notary on site is a real bonus.

The UPS Store in Needham is FANTASTIC! They are so friendly and helpful and they really know what they are doing. They always go the extra mile to help customers! I recommend them highly!!! They are great for shipping of course, but also other needs like specialty printing and signs and banners - they do it all. Especially Eric and John.....the best!

This store has helped The Compassionate Friends print our quarterly newsletter for years. Always with the kindness a newsletter for grieving parents requires — but also perfectly crisp and clear. Sharp, even when we have lots of images. They allow us to see a proof first before doing the full run. We cannot thank them enough.
