Learning Express

This is my favorite Learning Express to visit even though there’s one closer by to me I prefer to hike the hour. Stores neat, and always has full inventory. Michael the owner is very kind, always helpful when I need something from his store. Today I took a ride out there to purchase a few squishmallows. Sam & Caroline were working, they are the two sweetest girls. Rang me out quickly and I was on my way. High recommend this Learning Express location.

This Learning Express store is amazing. From great inventory to beyond amazing customer service from Michael and his partner, this store has it all. Everything was laid out nicely, well priced, and the inventory was fully stocked. Made the 40 minute drive and it was so so worth it. 100% recommend this location for your LE needs!

Highly exceeded all my expectations!! I was so impressed at the level of customer service. I noticed they had a very popular item in stock that my daughter really wanted and was concerned if I took the drive the item would be sold out. I live 55 mins away. I contacted Michael and explained. Without any hesitation he offered to hold the item for me. He also asked if there was anything else my little girl was speciificaly looking for to add to her collection. I was able to finally locate some of the popular VERY hard to find items that we have been tiredlessly searching for all with Michael's help. He went above and beyond, from sending me pictures of items in stock, to putting them on hold so when I did take the drive I was guaranteed the items. I will definitely be going back..it's well worth the drive! AWESOME inventory, impeccable customer service, well organized and very friendly helpful staff! My daughter left the store a very happy, excited little girl!

This store is awesome! The customer service is amazing! You feel so welcomed when you walk in. They are so helpful and go out of their way to help their customers out! This isn’t the closest learning express to me but I will drive out of the way to go here based on their kind customer service! They have my business!

Let me tell you, this is the best learning express I have been to. The owners are always super nice and welcoming and dont look at me funny because Im a 22 year old buying squishmallows LOL. They have so many to choose from and I was able to find two squishes I have been looking for for ages! Over all great experience!

I have nothing but great things to say about LE Needham. Absolutely fantastic owner and manager. Great selection. Reasonable prices. A comfortable and welcoming environment and the perfect amount of guidance and assistance. You can find something wonderful for children ages 3 months and under to teenager, sometimes even adult. Highly recommend

Went because daughter is OBSESSED with squishmallows! The store was super busy but the gentleman behind the counter was smiling and so helpful! We will definitely be back when her squishmallow allowance is ready. Highly recommend for any toy need

My friends, brother and 8 all love making the trip to Needham Learning Express from the Cape. Michael is such an amazing person, as are other employees. Super helpful, kind and honest. By far the highlight of any trips i’ve made off cape in the past few months in search of specific products!

Love Learning Express Needham! It's a smaller location that is very intimate with their customer base! The employees always are set out to make sure that everyone is happy at the end of the day!!

Out of all the LE's in the area (and trust me I've been to them all) this store was the best! Between the selection and the unmatchable service I will continue to drive a hour here to continue to shop knowing I will find what I'm looking for and to feel like a valued guest ♡

Their staff is so friendly, the owner Michael goes above and beyond to make the customers happy. I am always willing to drive up there from southern Rhode Island because it really is the best LE location!!
