Splash City

Great place. The showroom is full of displays and at first look it is crowded. That is not a problem as the displays are definitely a plus. The people were pleasant and helpful. I recommend this place for spas' and pool tables, and shuffle boards etc.

Ben and staff are nice and easy to work with. I feel comfortable when i walk in there. Some of the other shops i have experienced are kinda like cars salesman everywhere, Not a comfortable feeling sometimes.

All the pool and spas supplies you need on site and they will happily test your water for you and help you see what needs to be done, for FREE. Oh and lots of awesome billiards, decor, lighting and other stuff that my wife and I would love

Great Store Bought my Coleman Hot Tub in 1999 and the have kept it going all the years. For an old tub not much in the way of repairs. Replaced the pump after 12 years the heater lasted 11, and a couple of fittings split but all in all a excellent Tub and excellent store

This rating is for Alek Dallman. We have dealt with Splash City for years now. Some good, and some very bad experiences. Alek is by far one of the best people we've dealt with so far! He is very friendly, professional and comes off as trust worthy.... Very rare these days. We think he deserves a shout out for a job well done!

I needed a small inexpensive part for a whirlpool tub. They did not have the exact part, but they took the time to find an equivalent product in stock that was a perfect replacement.

My dad bought a pool table and they showed up when they said they would. They did forget one cue stick and the wall mounted rack but otherwise great job

Bought a pool stick. They were really nice. I would shop there more. They have a packed showroom. Hard to move around. But they have a heck of a selection.

Alec is very knowledgeable and the staff is really friendly. I will definitely buy my next hot tub from them.
