So I see Renee (I believe her name is) taking out trash and picking up litter out back then she came up to ask how I was doing with such good will. I asked her the same. This strong 59 year old with arthritic knees explained she was doing good.

Great selection of snacks and drinks. Hot food wasn't being served late but that's expected. Staff was serious but friendly when spoken to. Solid place.

Kellindra was an outstanding employee she worked18hrs that day an was as friendly at the end of her shift as the beginning kudos to you gal

Only 3000 miles on pickup and it has a bad glow plug.

Friendly staff, good gas and the prices were unbeatable for the area. Very nice place to stop while out in this area!

Clerk looked to be a Native American prepaid for $20 gas put gas in it came to $5.01 more clerk said didn't give her a $20. which I did will not stop at the Common Cents on LaCrosse St will buy gas elsewhere asked for manager name phone number clerk refused request before left clerk gave me back a $20. No formal apology offered by clerk

I like the location and most of the employees. There is an elderly lady named Deb there that has been rude to every single person, including myself, each time I have been there. I actually heard her get into an argument with a customer a couple of days ago. The customer was telling her she was sick of her rudeness. I was glad. If your not happy, go some place else instead of ruining everyone else's day!!!

Experience was bad i was denied service because a prior theft and they thought it was my Yukon i mean come on there is many Yukons that all look the same in Rapid and i got denied never again take my service else where

Debi an old lady that works there was the worst employee I've seen in my life. She kept giving me weird looks and shaking her head. When I said i wanted to pay $2 in cash and rest on card she tore the $2 out of my hand. And was crying around because I did it that way. I'm from Sioux falls and visiting rapid city that's the worst gas station I've been to.

Apparently this gas station is just like the hotel that sits behind it. they are racist and unprofessional against Native American people I would suggest that nobody go to this establishment whatsoever

Female cashier I think her name is Debi before I got to the checkout and used my EBT to buy fountain drinks one had a straw in it found out ebt won't allow it we took the straw out she said still can't buy it but let other people in front of us get away with it I don't feel this is fair because of a personal issue

Racism by both certian employees and by security, same experiance at other common cent locations in rapid city. best if you go to another store in this location they are just down the road.
