I initially gave this pharmacy five stars, but unfortunately I cannot fill here anymore. They are unable to fill any prescriptions that are considered controlled, even if it's not pain medication or something that could be abused. They were fantastic to me for almost seven years, and I'm deeply saddened that their ability to serve the community has been cut short. If you aren't filling a controlled medication, you should absolutely give them a try because they are very kind, good peole. I will miss their kindness and professionalism, and I'll miss how reliable they were.

This pharmacy deserves 5 stars. Never a long wait when you drop off a prescription compared to a local neighborhood pharmacy, which I have given up on unless it’s something you can wait a half a day or more to get filled—who has that spare time anymore!! Texas RX Pharmacy is great, accurate and always has what you need in stock! They have a team always willing to accommodate!

I have been saddened to hear they won't fill controlled substances here any more. I've come here many for many years and contrary to what another review has said, this pharmacy has never ever made a mistake when filling my script. Through the last few years, under ever mounting pressure for patients on scheduled prescriptions, this pharmacy has done its best to help us whenever it can.

I have only dealt with the Plano location but they have always been fantastic to me. Sue is wonderful and I have only talked to the pharmacist a couple of times. They always have my meds in stock and quickly solve any problems that might arise. I cannot say enough good things about them and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I love this pharmacy and their staff. I am on a hard to find prescription and they always keep it in stock and the few time it wasn't, they had in the next day for me. And they are the kindest people you can have and are on your side. Sure, it is a business and they are there to make a profit but you are made to feel that they are there for you and that is what counts. When Insurance is an issue, they go above and beyond to handle the insurance side of things.

I'm not rating the overall experience. I'm rating one individual "Shayna" (Spelling may be incorrect) every time I speak with her she has always been pleasant and has went above and beyond the call in customer service. I Spoke to others their attitudes were not as pleasant. So, I've had great as well as not so great experiences. My Dr. Office have used this pharmacy for about 14yrs. My experiences are for only about 5 months. So we'll see!! Shayna(again may be spelled wrong) Needs a raise! She called my Dr. office to follow-up on non-received Rx's, as well as called ME back and left a message to follow-up(11/22)! Awesomeness to say the least. I'm very big on customer service, especially in areas of healthcare. If the attitude is "just a job...just a check...the customer is bothersome" for those working in the medical field in any way!!! Those individuals may be working in the wrong field!!

Love this Pharmacy!!! I have two doctors and 7 different prescriptions to pick up every month. I've used several pharmacy's. I ran into problems where they didn't have the meds I needed. I ran into problems where the pharmacist was really nosy about what, and how I took my med's. I've had problems with pharmacist's being rude, and really impolite. Pretty much everything you can imagine. But since my Doctor sent me to Texas Rx Pharmacy I've been extremely satisfied!! Everyone there is always smiling, and are very helpful in any way they can be. There has been an instance or two where they didn't have my full script, but they had enough for me to get by on, and usually could have the rest the next day. If you don't want to come back so soon again, they will happily mail it to you. If you call ahead and let them know your coming, you hardly ever have to wait. And on the days when you renew your scripts and bring them in, the wait is minimal. This is honestly the best run pharmacy that I've ever been to. And after coming here for around the last two years, I don't ever intend on changing pharmacy's again!!!! Don't just take my word for it. See for yourself!!

I've been using this pharmacy for almost 2 years now and they have on many occasions gone above and beyond what is asked of them. By that I mean they have helped to get past some less reasonable regulations for me in regards to insurance. they are also very efficient and I'm always able to get them on the phone quickly.

The service at Texas RX is best I have seen. Its a friendly, judgement free zone. They usually have my medication in stock. The best part however is that they OWN any issues that come up. They hunt down insurance, schedule your refills and find coupons for that medications without asking you. Never see that with CVS or Walgreens.

This woman is so sweet and timely. I love being treated like family whenever I see her!

Shyla/Sue/Grant are amazing at their jobs and perform it quickly and efficiently!!!

Wait time is low and they do all they can for each customer.

(Occasionally, the cashier leaves a bad taste in your mouth when she answers the phone.)

This place is great! It’s location isn’t as convenient as a drive thru pharmacy but they treat you as an individual and seem to really care about their customers.

They are doing it all well. By mail nonetheless. No more standing in line. Best customer service. Quick response.
