As a loyal patient for many years now, this is by far the best dental practice. Whether it’s a cleaning, crown, invisalign or anything else, I trust Dr. Morales. Every dental procedure Ive had there was thoroughly explained beforehand. They are very gentle during procedures making sure you are comfortable the entire time. The level of professionalism, top notch equipment, expertise, and fun experiences I have consistently are 100% worth the drive from South Austin. Dr. Morales, Meredith and their team make it an amazing, uplifting & caring experience. Absolutely wonderful dental practice. I had been going to Dr. Morales since 2019 and have had nothing but a positive experience. Never had more than a filling or two and general cleanings, but can't recommend him enough. In Austin there are many large practices/dental groups that I find very off putting and are trying to make as much money as possible. Dr. Morales never once made me feel like that was how he was going to run his practice, and I appreciate everything. Also, I don't even have dental insurance, but paying out of pocket was no big deal and not that expensive. So, don't let that deter you.

The only reason I have left his practice this year was my office was right around the corner, but I now work from home and can't justify the drive across town. But highly recommend if you're in the area.

Excellent office! Very clean and organized. Kayla is so professional and sweet! She is gentle with her hygiene techniques. Dr. Morales is soft-spoken and thorough with his assessment. My husband and I have come here for over 5 years. Implant prices are very reasonable compared to our former dentist. Office staff is welcoming and knowledgeable.

My visit to Lakeside Dental was great, the office ladies were super nice, friendly and very helpful, especially very patient with Medicare Senior. Dentist had gentle hands, l highly recommend 👍

Super clean office! Staff so sweet including Dr. Morales. I had gotten WAY behind in dental care and was embarrassed to go and afraid of pain. No one “shamed” me at all and all were careful to make sure I had no pain. He made a “catch up plan” for me and we’ve worked through it the past couple of years. Even during COVID, I was reassured - their precautions were excellent. He and his staff have definitely made it possible for me to get caught up and stay caught up with my dental health. I am so grateful and a patient for life.

Great pre-visit care. Great service. Great post-visit follow-up. From scheduling to billing, they have great customer service. Each person on the care team has a wonderful "bedside manner," VERY kid-friendly. If your child (or you) is a little lax on the flossing, or if it has been a while since your last appointment, you don't feel judged. But, it's a small business that we want to keep in business, so schedule those appointments! Clean, modern atmosphere. Decor very relaxing!

The level of care I receive here is spectacular and so consistent every time! Everyone at Lakeside Dental makes you feel so comfortable during your visit, and Dr.Morales is extremely knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommend!

Well in 2018 I moved from San Antonio Tx with my daughter to Austin Texas.. After reading reviews over 20 Dentist's I decided to go with Dr. Vincent Morales and I Thank God I did. He's Professional Friendly Kind Caring and very concern about the well being and care of his Pts. As a senior citizen that means a lot to me.. Also I want to Recognizes all the Outstanding Staff that work for him such as Gussie Tiffany and so many other young ladies i just can't remember your names all of ya'll deserve Recognition. I am a little nervous with most dentists, but Dr Morales and his staff are trustworthy, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are the nicest people - and truly care about what is best for the patient. As long as I live in Austin, I will only go here. Highly recommend!

Dr. Morales is kind, patient, and gentle. His team is the same way. I feel safe in his office. My procedure went awesome today. I’m glad I chose him to be my dentist.

I have been so pleased with this dentist and the office staff, that I have not been able to find another comparable dentist, despite moving an hour away. So, I continue to come see Dr. Morales, because I feel trust is very important when selecting a dentist for myself and my family. And Dr. Morales has earned my trust. I do not feel he would recommend services that were unnecessary, and he has always respected when I choose to decline flouride treatments for my son. He has always taken time to visit with my son, and we never feel rushed at this office. The staff are not tense and stressed out like other offices I have visited, which says a lot about the environment. The music played is also very positive. I highly recommend this dental office.

Dr. Morales is Amazing!!!! He makes you feel so comfortable, and explains everything he is doing. That helps out with scared feeling most people get when seeing a dentist!!!! Lets not forget his amazing staff!!! Emily Front desk is so friendly, and courtesy. She worked out all my appointments, and worked my teens in same day as mine!!! She also gave my benefits at check out which is great because I know what my estimate is ahead of time for my appointments. No surprise calls days before😊.... his clinical staff Kayla the hygienist is super friendly and professional, and also makes you feel so comfortable!!! Jensine dental assistant is amazing very professional, and warm smile!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS GREAT DENTAL CARE!!!

I highly recommend Dr. Morales if any of you need a good (no great!) skilled dentist. He and his kind, caring and professional staff including his wife/office manager Meredith, have made my trips there stress free and comfortable. I love their beautiful office and the newest dental technology that they provide. They always make me feel welcome and I know that I'm getting superior treatment and care!

Dr. Morales is one of the best dentist I have ever gone to. I just moved out of Austin and I can go anywhere locally, but I’d rather take that half an hour drive to see him and his staff. When you go in to the office it’s like a family atmosphere, which is hard to find these days. I highly recommend anyone to try him out and see for yourself.

I received excellent care today at Lakeside Dental and the level of customer care one receives there is in fact, second to none. The staff were remarkable, friendly and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable at all times. Great place for dental need , experienced stuff , great doctor

Highly recommended! Haven't been to the dentist in forever but they didn't make me feel bad about it. Instead they were very informative and explained really well about getting cleanings. And there were TVs like right there so I could watch them instead of feeling nervous. Also very upfront with costs which were also really low! Yay!
